The rates are included for installation of set of 03 PTs in each exiting 04 nos of outgoing VCBs and 1 No bus PT panel convert to out going VCBs including all panel control wiring / accessories required to function in automatic operation with interlocking sytem to fulfill all the requirement of TATA(TASL) with ATS switch for automatic operation. Note: For Item Nos 15 and 16: (i) The Switchgear shall be type tested for internal arc 25kA for 1 sec. Switchgear shall be tested for Siesmic zone IV and type test report shall be furnished. The switchgear shall have type tested making type earthing switch.
(ii)The design of the switchgear shall be exclusive and specific responsibility of supplier and shall comply with current good engineering practice, the relevant codes and recommendation, the project specific requirements. Make of Vacuum interrupter, Circuit breaker & Panel shall be same. (iii) The Circuit Breaker shall confirm to IEC-62271-100.
(iv) Make shall be as per Annexure. Size of new VCB must be match with existing existing VCB and connected with extention of busbar and with suitable modification.

Supply & install, testing and commissioning dry type cast resin transformer distribution, step down type 200 KVA capacity step down, indoor type 11/0.433 KV,3 PH ,50 HZ, confirming to IS 11171 and IEC 60076 Pt 11,copper wound F/F class insulation, continuous duty, complete with AN Cooling transformer delta connection on HV side & star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group 4) & having manually operated tapping of +5% in equal step of 2.5%, changed by means off load tap changing arrangement on HV side. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS 1180:2014 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and HT Side. Percentage impedence shall be 5%, IP-21 protection the limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in IEC 60076 Pt 12 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with & including the following specifications :-
(i) Cable terminal box on LT side and arrangement to connect HT 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable on HT side.(Suitable HT cable, LT cable, HT/LT end termination are included in the quated rate, all are directed.) (ii) Rating and diagram plate . (III) base channel earthing terminals lifting lugs. Note :- Anything missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(for substation 2)

Supply & install, testing and commissioning dry type cast resin transformer distribution, step down type 750 KVA capacity step down, indoor type 11/0.433 KV,3 PH ,50 HZ, confirming to IS 11171 and IEC 60076 Pt 11,copper wound F/F class insulation, continuous duty, complete with AN Cooling transformer delta connection on HV side & star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group 4) & having manually operated tapping of +5% in equal step of 2.5%, changed by means off load tap changing arrangement on HV side. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS 1180:2014 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and HT Side. Percentage impedence shall be 5%, IP-21 protection the limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in IEC 60076 Pt 12 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with & including the following specifications :-
(i) Cable terminal box on LT side and arrangement to connect HT 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable on HT side.(Suitable HT cable, LT cable, HT/LT end termination are included in the quated rate, all are directed.) (ii) Rating and diagram plate . (iii) base channel earthing terminals lifting lugs. Note :- Anything missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(for substation 1)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance Free Earthing System. The earthing set shall comprise of :-
(a) 1 No. of Copper Bonded Rod of diameter 17.2 mm and length of 10 feet UL approved with 25 KA current discharge test from CPRI . The material shall below carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. The UL Approval certificate shall be provided.
(b) The eletrode shall be installed in a 100mm dia 3000mm deep augured bole hole. The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall be not less than 30Kg per pit.
(c) 1 No. of Copper Busbar of size 25 x 6 x 150 mm should be exothermic welded with Copper bonded rod 17.2 mm dia x 3 mtr length. (d) 1 No. of PVC Pit Cover for covering of earthing.
(e) Exothermic connection of 25X6X150 mm busbar to 35 sqmm copper cable. (f) 35 sq mm PVC insulated copper cable for interconnection of earthing and equipment .Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of copper cable 35 Sqmm upto 7.5 metre with 40mm bore light grade GI protection pipe.
