Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified

Removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable for protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay in trenches bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size , with width equal to the length of the brick; laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box panel board in repair , CPRI Approved , made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick vermin proof factory made with 40 x 40 x6 mm MS angle/channel duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel powder coated paint over a coat of metal primer with bus bar chamber comprising of high conductivity copper bus bar of capacity 400 Amps three phase and for neutral including voltmeter, Ammeter selector switches, PCC foundation suitable to accommodate the following as specified and as directed.:- INCOMING (a) MCCB 415 V,200 A, 4 pole with over load , short circuit protection, breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 Nos. (b) On-load change over switch 200 A- 01 Nos. OUT GOING (a) MCCB 125 A, 415V , 4 pole ,breaking capacity 16 KA - 01 Nos (b) MCCB 63 A, 415V , 4 pole ,breaking capacity 16 KA - 02 Nos (c) MCB TPN 32 A, 415V 4 pole ,breaking capacity 10 KA - 02 Nos Digital Panel Meter Multifunctional type for Amps, Volts, KWH, Power Factor and other parameters flush mounting with LED indication lamp, CT Coil complete and all as per standard practice ---5 nos Note :-(i) All MCCBs / instruments / MCBs /Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on- off latches in the housing

Supply, fixing and testing of Automatic Transfer Switch with sheet metal enclosure 415 V, 125 A complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure and making necessary end termination of the incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator 150mm dia 3mm thick made out of cast aluminum duly marked with size and type of cable fixed on 40x40x6mm angle iron support embedded in PCC 1;2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded (300x300x400mm size) and painted with 2 coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick of size 2m x 1m for voltage upto 3.3 KV suitable for electrical shock safety as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , erection, testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of copper bonded rod using machine bore and filling with backfill compound using copper bonded rod of dia 20 mm , length 3m , made of low carbon high tensile steel copper plated (250+ microns) for preventing external corrosion, with top end connected with copper plated welded bus bar terminal of dimension 150mm x 50mm x 6 mm conforming to IS : 3043 - 1987 and carbon based, high conductive backfill compound 'Conductolite' with resistivity 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & resistivity non-moisture dependant ,pH Value : 8.0 - 9.0, electronic & ionic conduction, less susceptible to shrinkage, with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties and covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover complete all as specified and directed. Make : M/s Ashlok Safe Earthing Electrode Limited equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Trolley mounted Diesel Engine driven generating set 10KVA mounted on a two wheeled trolley, 415V, 3 phase 4 wire , engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with Std.DG Control Panel with Auto Start/Stop Panel with Battery Charger, Base Frame, Fuel Tank , Battery (charged) with leads and other accessories with Canopy as a complete set including first fill of lube oil and engine safeties complete all as specified and directed. Make: M/s Cummins/ Kirloskar (Koel i Greens)/ Greaves Cotton/Sterling Generators as approved by GE

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 19 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 :2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) 100mm thick in sub base complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B1, 1 : 2 : 4, 100 mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement with waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 W (Grade 250) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel bolts with dia of neck exc 20mm and n exc 25mm purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix glass dividing strips 38 x 3mm thick inserting in position including cutting of grooves in floor complete all as specified and directed.
