Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends,of 150 mm dia centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes.

All as per item No 4 above but flanged ends of size 150mm bore including necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket of 4mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ductile Iron fitting confirming to IS 9523 K 12 ,suitable for pipes of class K 9 upto 250 mm bore such as bends (any type of radius and angle ) tappers any type ,(straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch.Y junction double branch Cross collars caps Plug etc including rubber gasket joints & testing complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , fillings, mass concrete, supports etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of Brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 1200 x1200 x1200 mm, with 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 foundation, 230mm thick Brick work using sub class 'B' briks in CM (1:4), rendering in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound on internal surfaces of wall /floor and external walls upto 150mm below GL, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary form work and provision of MS sheet chamber cover of thickness 4mm with 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm Angle iron frame fixed with the chamber using 4 Nos hold fasts made out of 50 x 6mm flat iron of suitable length fixed with handle made of 10mm dia MS bar suitably welded of 200mm length and locking arrangement including painting over MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CI Non-Return (Reflux) Valve 80 mm bore, both end flanged, class PN 1.6, ISI marked conforming to IS 5312 (Part I & II) including making new flanged joints with rubber gasket, necessary bolts, nuts, washers etc of suitable size incl taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F totally tamper proof Kinetic CI Air release valve double chamber ball , PN1.6 conforming to IS 14845 of size 100mm and fixing up in DI/CI water supply mains of size 150mm with suitable gasket joints, nuts, bolts, washers etc including one control valve of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel framed work such as bracing, fabricated frame works, supports, clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E 165 all as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed.

Suply and fix CI sluice valve with steel spindle bronze gate & seating rings of size 150mm dia bore, both sides flanged & drilled confirming to IS 14846 -2000, type PN 1.6, ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts wahsers etc including testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating road /Hard Standing/PCC etc by JCB/Mannually etc 0 .5 mtr wide and n.exc 1mtr depth for laying of pipe line etc returning filling in and finishing the top surface after laying of pipe work with PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 to a minimum depth of 200mm over rammed earth to suit the site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed .

Labour only for cutting of cast iron/DI pipes exc 100mm n.exc 250mm dia for insertion of tee for branch connections and valves etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Fittings shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down old, unsv aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, incl fixture & fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old sub-main wiring incl fixture & fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting/dismantling of old existing un serviceable DB's any type/way 240/415 Volts with their old/un serviceable burnt MCCB/MCB's etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories ISI marked incl provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cable, FRLS, ISI marked as earth continuity conductor (green in colour) & incl fixing of modular metal flush boxes of appropriate size & thickness fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets etc. with including cutting chases for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good the disturbed surfaces, matching to the existing one etc. complete all as specified & as directed for the following : Note- Cutting chases & making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (a) One Light/fan/Call Bell etc. point controlled by one switch 5/6 Amps.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 Amps 240 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any postion not otherwise spcifically provided etc (below or above ground level)as in roof pad /floors etc and removing debris off the site complete all as spcified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames of door including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing UPVC Door with Shutters. The construction profile for UPVC Door shall be overall frame sectional size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.70 +/- 0.2 mm extruded sections. The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall thickness 1.2 mm +/- 0.2 mm. The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side. The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3 nos of 3D hinges. The Door shutter shall be provided with 5mm thick UPVC board with EPDM Rubber gasket, one mortice lock with powder coated handles and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts complete all as specified & as directed.Make : Madhu indrusties/AMD overseas Ltd/Gadli industries.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in Sub base floor finished even and fair to receive top layer of floor etc all as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finished even and fair to receive top layer of floor etc all as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

M&L for vitrified double charged /Ultracharged jointless tiles 8-10mm thiock light/dark colour (Square/rectangulart) area of each tile exc 0.36 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed and specified.

All as per item No 12, but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3.

Material and labour for Granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc, including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast solid block exceeding 10 cms in width 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering plaster on fair face of brick-work or concrete surface incl finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion including alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
