M& L for testing of chiller plant by pressure with Nitrogen Gas complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Refrigerant Gas R-410A/407 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs micro processor control panel and connected items suitable for central AC plant of size 3*60 Tr and making the unit completely functional complete all as per instruction of OEM and directed by Eng-in-chr.

Repair /replacement of 30 TR compressor of exiting make and connected items suitable for central AC plant of size 60 TR and making the unit completely functional complete all as per instruction of OEM and directed by Eng-in-chr.

Repairs to electric driven pump set of 15/20 HP size including removing from the foundation dismantling ,taking out old unserviceable spares and refixing the same after repair and replacement of spares on the existing position for complete all as specified and directed (Note: Rewinding and supply of Spares will be paid under relevant items here in after)

Rewinding of motor startor coil complete as per IS-396 of 1953 using super enamelled copper wire of same gauge for coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ball bearing (drive and non dirve end) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Cooling fan blade PVC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Terminal box with terminal connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gunmetal bush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gland cup with bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI flange drilled of suitable size with nuts , and washers including rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying including MS pipes Heavy duty of 150 mm size including welding and arresting the leak and testing the job complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying rubber insulations at AHU room complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance of Air handling unit including sevicing filter section,blowing agent,scratch free platisol coating,fan section,discharge,limit switches,fittings ,valves,pressure gauges,purge cocks,flanges,strainers,hot water genearor,class b insulation,humidisats,thernostats,mixing valves,accoustic insulation,fresh air damper and mosquito proof netting and any other connected items required for making the unit completely functional complete all as per instruction of OEM and directed by Eng-in-chr.

Material and labour for two coats of duco paint on pipes and angles by spray painting including removing the dent dirt and dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI sluice valve 80 mm dia conforming to IS 14845 PN 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends and of any pattern including necessary jointing and jointing materials complete (with rubber gasket, boltsand nuts etc ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing of sludge/mud from the over head sintex tank of 10000 ltrs capacity including making necessary arrangement as required and removing the mud from the site to the outside complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for New earthing complete with Copper plate earth electrode 600X600X3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : Copper strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply & fixing for Copper strip 20x3 mm on wall with insulaters/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate). Not exceeding 15 CM in deapth for plinth protaction for path including demolition/dismantling of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel Chequered Plate of 6 mm thick to Cable Duct Cover and 45 x 45 x 6 mm angle iron, cut in to required pieces and lifting groove and placing over angle iron complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.24 - Rs.26,567.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
