Note :-
(i) Consumable chemical required for chemical dozing system will be measured and paid separately under relevant item based on actual requirement.
(ii) Raw water and electricity supply will be supplied by department free of cost.
(iii) The Unit rate includes all labour charges. However supply only spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after.
(iv) The Unit rate include for replacement of minor spares like washer Nylon /lead, Teflon tape, bolt & nuts etc.costing up to Rs 500.00
(v) The Contractor shall employ one skilled technician twice in a week minimum and as when required or directed by Engr-in-charge to examine and repair the plant regularly.
(vi) The plant shall not remain off more then 12 hours in any case either due to break down or maintenance otherwise a recovery @ Rs 500 per day beyond 12 hours off load shall be charged from the contractor.
(vii) The unit rate also includes cost of labour for flushing / cleaning the system

(viii) The unit rates also includes for M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on all exposed surfaces of RO plant on completion of comprehensive maintainence of plant. (ix) M & L for servicing and rectifying all kinds of defects to run defects free functioning of all motor & pump of RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (x) The contractor shall submit the water Test certificate of inlet and outlet of RO plant from Government Test Lab for every 30 days duly signed by AGE E/M with remarks as " Found satisfied results".
(xi) M & L for servicing, replacing unserviceable parts and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of inner surfaces of the sand filter vessel of RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after.
(xii) M & L for servicing, replacing unserviceable parts of carbon filter vessel RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after.
(xiii) Setting TDS level of RO water of RO plant in monthly wise as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of swimming pool installation including brushing inside the entire pool having bottom area 337.5 Sqm, side wall having an area 154 Sqm, 85 meter long scum channel and having 476400 Ltr entire capacity of water with 60000 ltr capacity of balancing tank, suction sweeping using robotic suction sweeper on the entire area of swimming pool and removing all sediments collected at the bottom of the swimming pool as a result of application of chemicals and atmospheric impurities such as leafs and muds etc all as specified and directed.

Note for item No .114 :- (a) Suction sweeping( using robotic cleaner) at the bottom and sides of the entire pool shall be carried out till complete sedimets are removed.
(b) Removing all floating particulars by using net before 6 Am (c) filter capacity of the pool is 60 Cum/Hour with pressure type pumps of capacity 7.5 HP and having Chlorine dozer lionizer (Granular to maintain 2 PPM of chlorine in the pool water and pH level between 7.4 to 7.6)
(c) Manual spreading of chemicals supply to maintain chlorine level pH level etc. (d) The chlorine level should be at 2PPM and PH level should be in between 7.4 to 7.6
(e)` Chemical/materials required will be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule (f) Testing of water for checking chlorine PH & bacterial level as per standard specification solution test kit shall be arranged by contractor.
(g) Biolodical test for swimming pool water shall be carried out in every months from a NABL accreted Lab / Govt Lab and submission of the same to Engineer-in-charge
