Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old finishes on internal surfaces of walls including washing rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Emulsion Distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (antifungal) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and writing letters or figures (BLOCK, ROMAN, ITALIAN OR INDIAN) n exc 30cm high using reflective paint all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Writing shall be done with thick paint so that they stand out boldly.

M&L for Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material & cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface in cement mortar 1:3 using WPC as per manufacturers instructions, finished fair & even and making good to match with existing finishes all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of water proofing compound. (b) The subject work is require to be executed in a bldg. having height upto 12.50 mtr from natural ground level. Providing, fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure, as required along with approach system for the repairs / plastering of the buildings to facilitate execution of all items of works, complete with necessary support, propping system etc. for external repair. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also. (c) The unit quoted rated deemed to included for removing plant/ up rooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/ roof/ parapet near pipe etc. (d) The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for necessary safety equipments such as safety belt, ropes, helmets, netting etc mandatorily to be provided to labour working at height exceeding 3 mtr.

M&L for preparation of old plastered decorated surfaces of external walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smooth soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of any description over 10 cm width / girth and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic first quality) of approved shade as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- The bldg. no. as per existing font, style and size with enamel paint shall be maintained in every complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel& steel based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of anti -rust PU based enamel paint on structural steel surfaces all as specified and as directed.(Rate including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures required for the work)

Material and labour for preparation of old treated wall surfaces by cleaning with brush, filling the cracks / holes with grey cement and applying one coat of premium exterior textured emulsion matt (Anti fungal paint) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces by cleaning with brush, filling the cracks / holes with Dr Fixit crack filler (or equivalent) and applying one coat of premium exterior acrylic Emulsion paint (matt) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on walls/ slabs/beams/roof and including applying suitable acid / chemical for killing the roots of Plants of required qty complete and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 or cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping/removing loose concrete in columns/beams/ chajjas/roof slab etc. up to reinforcement bars without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose material and to make all the exposed surface free from dust and all impurities etc complete all specified and directed.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat of approved make using brush complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mixing of two components shall be as per manufacturers instruction and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The contractor shall make sure that it shall be applied not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/ polymer mortar etc Make :- Nitobond EP of FOSROCK or equivalent of other manufacturers approved by E-in-C branch

Providing and applying n.exc 40 mm thick (In layers of each 10mm thick) Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc or equivalent mixed with water in a water & powder ratio 0.18 in ceiling of roof slab/Chajjas/Beams/Parapet walls etc. Note:- Quoted tate is deemed to be inclusive of providing scaffolding for working in patches upto a height of 15 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Solar control film 25micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturer

Supply and fix figured glass, pin head type, 4mm thick, and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane including hacking out old glass all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick, in squares n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including. Necessary new oil putty or with existing metal beadings complete. NOTE FOR PERIODIC SERVICE:- For measurement purpose in respect of those buildings for which audited periodical services measurement books (PSMBs) are available; quantities shall be taken from PSMBs direct and entered in Measurement Book (IAFW-2261) and in respect of those buildings for which audited PSMBs are not available, detailed measurement of works shall be taken and entered in Measurement Book (IAFW-2261) in the usual manner.”
