Removing excavated material to a distance exc.1.5 Km and n.exc.5.0 Km and deposit inside the MoD land wherever directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Lead upto 50m shall be included in the quoted rate of item No.02. Distance beyond 50m only shall be measured under this item.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed+C15

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer over unsurfaced WMM etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 50mm thick Premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder content (Paving Bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix laid manually or with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer over Premix bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note:- In the event of excess quantity of binder content is necessitated due to mix design of asphaltic concrete, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and no price adjustment shall be applicable in this regard.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note:- In the event of excess quantity of binder content is necessitated due to mix design of asphaltic concrete, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and no price adjustment shall be applicable in this regard.

S&F delineator with two high performance 100mm dia reflecttors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 x 23 mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. Reflectors are positioned at the best eye guiding level, so that drivers can be warned from a safe distance. The body of guide post moulded in ABS plastic and is fixed on powder coated steel pipe of same height. weight 1780gm (Approx) complete all as specified & directed Make:- Dark Eye Model DA -74, or equivalent model of other manufactureres from the list

M&L hot applied thermoplastic compound 10cm width and 2.5mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads ) and providing selecting glass beads @ 250gm per sqm as per IRC-135, finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes including cleaning of surface to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified & directed Note :- The line painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted untill the desired result is obtained.
