Supply and fixing the following for 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0 Ton capacity Hiwall/ cassette/ split type ACs including testing and commissioning etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Starting Capacitor 80/100 MFD.

(b) Running Capacitor 45 MFD.

(c) Relay Assembly (Make: SRI RAM).

(d) Over load protector (O L P).

(e) Thermostat.

(f) Air filters.

(g) Transducers

(h) Blower with circular leaf.

Taking down, checking for serviceability and supply and fix new compressor for the following ACs including first filling of Oil, cleaning the refrigeration system/pipe before installing with CO2 and charging refrigerant gas as required, providing/refixing NRV if required for further gas top up and re-fixing in the position including testing complete all as specified and directed

(a) Split AC 1.5 Ton capacity

(b) Split/ cassette AC 2.0 Ton capacity.

(c) Hiwall Split AC 2.0 Ton capacity.

(d) Hiwall Precision Split AC 3.0 Ton capacity.

Material and labour for fixing the following MCBs in the existing feeder pillar box including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar complete as specified and directed.

(a) MCB TP, 25 to 63 Amp, 415V 10 KA, 'C' Series

(b) MCB TP, 16 to 32 Amp, 415V 10 KA, 'C' Series

(d) MCB SP, 6-32 Amp, 240V 10 KA, 'C' Series

Supply and fixing outdoor Fan motor suitable for condenser unit of split/ cassette/ Hiwall ACs of capacity 1.5TR/ 2 TR/ 3 TR complete with all accessories and fixing in position and testing the unit as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing worn out fan/ blade from outdoor unit of ACs and supply and fix new heavy duty PVC/ metallic fan/ blade of same size with standard manufacturer specification including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for SPN enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket with 240 volts 20 Amp SP MCB including removal old unsv one complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing for copper pipe of required size for 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0 Ton capacity Hiwall/ cassette/ split type ACs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down refrigerant of 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0 Ton capacity Hiwall/ cassette/ split type ACs by dismantling, checking for leakages at various places and fixing the indoor and outdoor units complete with charging suitable refrigerants and making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : - Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.)

M&L for circuit/ sub main wiring with two single core 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694 PVC insulated unsheathed cables 4 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor drawn through PVC rigid conduit in surface/ recessed with an earth wire of one run 4 sqmm copper wire earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix PVC flexible drain pipe suitable for 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0 Ton capacity Hiwall/ cassette/ split type ACs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt out MCCBs and supply and fix new moulded case circuit breakers of following capacity in the existing feeder Pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands complete as specified and directed.

(a) MCCB 3 pole 415V fixed type 250 Amps 36 KA

(a) MCCB 3 pole 415V fixed type 25 to 100 Amps 36 KA

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity upto 5.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

All as per srl item no 14 here-in-above but for 7.5 HP capacity.

Servicing/overhauling of centrifugal pump set by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland neck ring gland rope, nut and bolts, impellers etc. assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump and necessary alignment etc with Two coat enameled paint including scraping complete and written MES/SM, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Spares shall be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Painting and writing shall be included in the quoted unit rate. (a) Maintenance schedule :- (i) Checking for looseness of all the foundation and coupling nuts/bolts and rectification. (ii) Checking of leakage in gland packing, shifting base, bushes sluice valves, gate valves etc and rectification. (iii) Checking for any undue noise of motor pump and rectification. (iv) Checking for proper alignment and rectification. (v) Checking for proper lubrication in bearing and lubricating. (vi) Checking all electrical panel using for pumping for cleanliness and rectification for any looseness burnt redressing etc.

Material and labour for checking Indoor/Outdoor unit, cleaning coil, lubricate fan motors, checking and cleaning drain connection and servicing of 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0 Ton capacity Hiwall/ cassette/ split type ACs complete up to satisfaction and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
