Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Octagonal Pole for Street Light Fitting, Height of Pole 7 Mtr, material of pole BSEV 10025 and Hot Dip Galvanized and thickness of galvanized is 65 mocrons, Thickness of sheet 3 mm, and base plate 260X 260 & 16mm thickness, Bottom dia of pole 135 mm, Top dia pole 70 mm and Including suitable 4 nos of J bolt & nuts M24 and 750mm length for fixing in Solar street light pole all and including 1 no of 6 Amp double pole MCB as incomer with Neutral link , 4 way connector to be provided in pole for UG cable termination all as specified and directed. Make:- CG HM-1107 or equivelent make as specified in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Supply and fix in repair bracket for LED street light fittings of Single Arm 1meter Bracket of 1Mtr long including taking down old all as specified and as directed. Make CG HM-SA-BKT 1M or equivelent make as specified in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integral LED street light luminarie 45 Watt LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate lens, high powerCeramic LEDs with IP66 protection. 10KV SPD included.Efficacy : 110LM/W Heat resistant toughened glass is provided with die cast aluminium frame provided with a mounting bracket for aiming adjustment and power factor 0.90 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- CG TRP 417 45 57 SL LM NBK or equivelent make as specified in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate). complete all as specefied and directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in coping for street light poles complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated of size 10 Sq mm 4.0 core 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable route indicator CI disc of size 100mm dia 3mm thick marked as "MES LT Cable" including angle iron pedestal and grouting complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing pole No. with letters of size 50 mm height on pole/ plate with Black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/replacement of switching ON and OFF the street lights based on astro time controlling switch for automatic controller of street light on 2.0 mm thick sheet metal enclosure consist of 230 Volt astro Time Switch, MCB SPN 40 Amp. contactor 25 to 32 Amp, selector switch for auto and manual and internally pre wired, terminal blocks mounting brackets, cable glands and openable door with lock and key and manual setting features fixed on wall/panel board complete all as specefied and directed. Make: Havells/L&T/ Legrand

Supply and fix in repair 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc from junction box to street light fitting including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing SMC FRP or metal rectangular box 300x200x105mm internal size with higed door® with 1no PVC nit and bolt connector 4way 16 Amps and 1 Nos MCB SP 6 ams including fixing brackets, nut, bolt etc complete.

M & L for New earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 20mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 20 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply & fixing for GI wire 4 mm on wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.23 - Rs.35050.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
