M & L for broken stone / boulders, hardcore of guage exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, to a true surface filling in four pole /two pole structure transformer area complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in road/path/hard standing, complete all as specified and directed. including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, in foundation & filling in mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore GI tubing 'light grade' with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under road crossing or floor including making good the disturbed surfaces/area including taking down of old unserviceable complete all as directed.

Supply and laying 100 mm bore GI tubing 'light grade' with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under road crossing or floor including making good the disturbed surfaces/area including taking down of old unserviceable complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying with two coat of aluminium paint, all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing and commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip electric power cables (heavy duty) armourmed cable 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3 core 185 sqmm laid in trenche, fixed to wall / drawn through pipe and incl making good the distrurbed surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed. (NOTE - Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm in repairs all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm in repairs all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kits for 11 KV (Earthed) grade for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminum conductor complete all as specified including taking out the damaged portion.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches, all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type1, flat size 300x180x40mm for cable protection, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream liner transformer oil filtration plant at various site and various capacity installed at pole,floor,plinth mounted with all accesssories connected to transformer to carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength all as per IS-335 i.e not less than 60 KVA at 2.5 mm gap including testing after filtration and recording before and after testing results and including rectification of oil leakage HV/LV bushing side of transformer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - (i) Transformer oil for filling/toping up shall be measured and paid saparately (ii) Oil level at the conservator tank should be in maximum limit. (iii) Test report before & after filtration processshall be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge

M&L for spray painting to Indoor/Out Door Transformers of capacity from 100 to 500 KVA any make & type with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary prepration of surface with wire brush, emery paper for removing of dusts, oil/grease spots, water sweating spots etc of transformer complete all as specifide and directed. (Note : The above work includes writing SM/MES Nos (in block / Roman / Indian) 5 cm height with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as directed.

Preventive maintenance of transformer indoor / outdoor type uoto 500 KVA, 11 KV / 440 volts removing HT LT cable connection from transformer and taking into the workshop with the help of man power, crane, truck, TPT etc opening the top cover lifting the core removing sludge with oil pressure pump and put into the oven for 48 hrs after completion of heating, applying two coats of varnish again put in the oven for 24 hrs and cleaning the tank sludge etc. Before putting into the tank pressure test to be done for tank. After completion of the job, transformer tests tsuch ast load test, short circuit test and oil colour test are to be done at factory premises tand test report shall be sumitted to Engineer -in-chage. Before transforming the transformer to site transformer shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enemal paint. Note - (i) Shifting of transformer from site to wksp and wksp to site is included in the rate quoted. (ii) Spare parts measured and paid separtely. (iii) Standby transformer of suitable KVA should be provided by contractor at the site for unintrupted supply.

M&L for draining out of oil upto bottom level of transformer and opening of HV and LV bushings of transformer capacity 11KV/433 Volt capacity upto 500 KVA step down transformer of any make for replacing the all mounting gaskets of the transformer body and conservator to arrest the oil leakage and replacement of gasket HT/LT terminal bushing gasket / bushing and rectifying oil leakage and making all connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Bushing & gasket shall paid separately as "supply only" )

Supply only 11 KV HT terminal porcelain bushing suitable upto 500 KVA transformer including suitable brass stud with brass nut, and washers 6 Nos. including rubber seat as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 11 KV/433 LT terminal porcelain bushing suitable upto 500 KVA transformer including suitable brass stud with brass nut, and washers 8 Nos. including rubber seat as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply onlyr gaskets set with Cork/Neoprene sheet 6mm thick, nuts bolts, washers including all other sundry materials required for repair.

Supply and fixing in repair Breather assembly for transformer upto 500 KVA Capacities duly fitted with silica gel, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Refilling of Silicagel in breather of transformer of various capacities including taking out of unserviceable Silicagel complete all as directed.

Supply and fill new transformer oil conforming to IS-335/1983 for topping up/replacement by stream line filter, all as specified and directed. (Make : Power Oil/HP/BP/Electrol)

Servicing to indoor HT 11KV SF6 circuit breaker (01 Incomer & 04 Outgoing) any make / type over current and earth fault relay secondary injection test any make SF6 circuit breaker general service like cleaning, lubrication, Electrical / Mechanical operation check, Draw in / Draw out check, IR value check contact resistance test CT ratio and breaker tripping through relay by primary injection test, replacement of deterioted copper wiring kit with suitable copper conductor, top up SF6 Gas complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be included for 1 Incommer & 04 Ougoing as one job.

Labour only for repair to HT SF6 circuit breaker 11 KV 3 phase 630 Amp 250 MVA installed at Electric Sub Stations after disconnecting the main supply incoming panel for repairs and replacement of following parts and refixing the same after repair and testing on full load (cost of spare parts and other job works shall be paid under respective items) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Rates are inclusive of all tools, materials and labour required for dismantling taking out and assembling of SF6 circuit breaker with replacement of worn out nuts and bolts gaskets A grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same. (b) Rates are inclusiveof cost of material and labour required to make alternative arrangement to by pass the electric supply through the HT panel or other HT line to avoid longer period of shut down of electric supply.

Supply and fix in repair of auxiliary switch 24x24 pole fixed in trolley matching as per the existing are complete all as specified..

S&F in repair space heater for panel HT/LT panel electrical panel switch gear panel boards / electronic insutuments panel heater box heater space heater 500W complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Epoxy and epoxy DMC insulator bush bar support 11 KV of size 130mm long 60 mm and as required on site dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair current Transformer (CT) epoxy type upto ratio : 400/200/100/5-5A suitable for 11 KV suitable to SF6 circuit breaker 11 KV 600/400 Amps capacity requirement Burden CT shall be core 1:15 VA/1.0, core 2:15 VA5P 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Potential Transformer (PT) 11 KV suitable to SF6 circuit breaker 11 KV 600/400 Amps mounting on top draw, Out type metering and protection ratio 11KV/110Volts :: 110/3VA class LV1:200/1.0, LV2 : 100/3P and as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair multifunction meter for SF6 circuit breaker panel as per existing make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of single phase permanent magnet motor of capacity 24 VDC, 25 Watt, 158 RPM burnt motor of SF6 circuit breaker for spring charging as per existing Type - NHP304283R1 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and top up SF6 (Sulphur Hexafluoride) Gas in outdoor / indoor type HT 11KV SF6 circuit breaker (01 Incomer & 04 Outgoing) any make / type, complete all as specified & directed.

Labour only for inspection of relays including connections in existing SF6 circuit breaker, Calibration of over current relay, calibration of earth relay, adjusting the setting of over current and earth fault complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing protection relay set complete with all accessories comprising of over current relay-02 Nos and earth fault relay-01 No of existing make - ASHIDA cat part No ADR141S with testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation and testing battery with DC battery bank pack of 240 volts 12 AH with input voltage 230 Volts +/- 2% comprising of battery 12 volts 12 AH - 02 Nos to deliver voltage of 24 volts DC with PWM based controller with minimum backup of 8 hrs and charging burden less than 100 VA alongwith surge protection and provision of auto set on system after rectification of faults, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 12KV 63/100 amps high tenson back up type HRC fuse unit with stricker pin of 80 N for trip indication suitable for existing load break switches including taking down old unserviceable fuse unit from breakers all as directed. (Make -ABB, Boshman, L&T or equivalent)

Material and labour for switch air break, triple pole, gang operated (GOD), complete 15 insulators with drop out fuse unit mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing hours of adequate sections to break magnitising current of the transformer, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including taking down old & removal, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp (Set of 3 Nos), Suitable for 11000 Volts all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letter figures and conventional skull and bones signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm Size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 1m x 2m x 19mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purspose as per IS-15652-2006, (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety, all as specified and directed.

Supply only electrical hand gloves 11 KV as Per IS 4770-1991-2002 for electrical purspose suitable for electrical shock safety, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing HT Panel / VCB / RMU / Transformer / HT poles and meggering the HT under ground cable any type & size for its IR value and ensuring the servicebility by HT megger, locating the faults by cable fault locating insturment suitable to locate and pin point faults in HT cables for any distance and reconnect the HT cable including jointing the cable at fault location with straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 11000 volts grade cable with jointing material and accessories, including cutting the bitumin road, Excavation in trenches nexc, 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed. (Note : Cable Joint kit will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying cable protection pipe 50 / 80 / 100 mm dia under the road / path / hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.
