Taking down door/ window chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for UPVC fixed ventilators of approved colour with glazing all as per manufactures direction and following sections:-(1) UPVC ventilator frame shall be made of UPVC material confirming to IS-10151 .The ventilator frame shall be nade of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 60mm x60mm having wall thickness 2 mm +/- 0.1mm.Corners of wall frame shall be jointed by MS galvanised brackets joints mitred and plastic welded.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reifnforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thickness 1mm +/- 0,1mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame .(2) Glazing shall be provide with 5mm thick frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufactures specification.Make : Madhu Industries / Fenesta / Qute /Sarvesh Multi Plast India Ltd/ SMP Impex /H20 Solution or equivalent.

Material and labour for Factory made UPVC white colour sliding Windows with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (i) The profile for constr of UPVC window frame shall be uPVC material conforming to 10151 . (ii) The frame shall be made of extruded uPVC section having overall diamension of 65mmx 50mm having wall thikness 2mm ± 0.2mm. (iii) The corners of wall frame shall be joint by MS galavanised brackets ,joints,mittred and plastyic weleded. (iv) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thicknesss 1mm ± 0.1mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of thge frame. (v) The profiles should be sigle chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (vi) The window system should be glazed with 6mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufactures instruction. Material and labour for UPVC door with shutters .The construction profile shall be overall frame sectional size 60x 58mm with wall thickness 2.70+/- 0.2mm extruded sections.The corners shall be plastic welded.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reiforced with galvanised steel profileof wall using 8mm dia 80mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side.The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standared beading s of sectional size 24.05x16mm & 2mm thick.The bottom portion of door shutter shall be providfed with UPVC board 5mm thick & 1Mtr in height and the balance shall be glazed excluding the shutter frame area.The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3Nos of 3D hinges.The door shutter shall be provided with 6 mm thick toughened glass & 5mm UPVC board with EPDM rubber gasket,zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresent lock and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts complete all as specified and as directed.The cost of glass, sheet etc shall be deemed with the quoted rate. Supply and fix UPVC Partition consisting of 8 mm thick palin/frausted galss/7mm thick coloured solid UPVC ply sheet reinforced with frame work made from 60mm x 60mm Casement frame including necessary drilling,jointing and fill the gap with necessary solvent,and fixing all required cleats,brackets ,channels etc all as specifed and directed. by the Engr In charge.Make : Madhu Industries / Fenesta / Qute /Sarvesh Multi Plast India Ltd/ SMP Impex /H20 Solution or equivalent. Note : Partition shall be designed according to the approval of GE and the cost shall be deemed with cost of neccesary glass/PVC panelling according to the design)

Material and labour for 1213x193mmx8mm thick laminated wooden flooring for stair case/ steps/ floor having abrasion class AC4/class 32 with interlocking system and corner and edges, profiles over 1mm thick plastic sheet complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Make: Florx, Sapphire, Terrazzo or equivalent as approved by GE

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Asian paints Royale Shyne paint or Royale Luxury emulsion of Berger or Dulux Guardian or equivalent (approved colour) over a coat of deco prime primer over and including one coats of wall care putty with brush/roller, finished even and smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of ceiling and applying with white putty of 3mm thick and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved for smooth finished suface of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old existing Un-Serviceable Al/Copper batten/surface conduit/concealed conduit point wiring (light/exhaust fan/socket/call bell/ Power point) complete including (fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, shades, brackets, sockets, holders, light fittings, call bells, Fluorescent tube light fitting) removing the Un-Serviceable retrieved materials from site & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors/ ceilings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable PVC insulated/sheathed sub main wiring with 2 single core aluminium conductor cable of size upto 10 Sqmm on wooden batten/PVC conduits complete with battens/conduits and shall be removed from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm, PVC insulated, FRLS,single core, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded drawn through and including medium grade Rigid non metalic PVC conduit concealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with all necessary accessories for the following controlled by one switch with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly, in the modular flush boxes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red,yellow,blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) The cost of making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iii) The cost of cutting chases is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.(iv) cost of Modular metal flush boxes and cover plates is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. a) One light/fan/call bell point controlled by one switch

All as per Item No-3 above but with PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm and 2.5 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor for 16A switch socket.Make of Cable: Havells/Finolex/Polycab,Make of Conduit:Precision/Finolex/Modi. Note for item No 3.00 & 4.00: (i) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red,yellow,blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth (ii) The cost of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.(iii) Modular flush boxes will be measured & paid seperately

M & L for concealed sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size (2 x 2.50) sq. mm + (1 x 2.50) sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories ISI marked for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed. Make of cable : Havells/Polycab/Finolex, Make of conduit-Precision/Modi/finolex.
