The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 40% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - Alternatively, two satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 50% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - Or, one satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 80% of the estimated quantities of the tender. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 334.00 Lakh (for the main project) and Rs. 148.00 Lakh (for manning and operation, including comprehensive maintenance), with a total of Rs. 482.00 Lakh. The percentages mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost or quantities of the tender. The amounts mentioned are Rs. 334.00 Lakh and Rs. 148.00 Lakh, with a total of Rs. 482.00 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have work experience criteria having work executed with Central/ State Government/ Central/ State PSUs/ AWHO/ AFNHB/ CGEWHO/ DGMAP, and experience in construction of STP with any existing technology will be required for works related to sewage treatment. The value of completed work shall be enhanced by 5% per annum to bring it at par with present cost as on last date of bid submission.
