Supply and laying in trenches 3 layer PP-R (POLYPROPYLENE RANDOM CO-POLYMER) concealed pipes 75 mm nominal dia SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded fittings such as specials, tee's, elbows, bends, reducers, taper pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of block masonry valve pit 0.75m x 0.75m x 0.75m complete with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangement etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC Insulated and PVC Single core Sheathed Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor Heavy Duty Industrial Flexible Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts,6 Sqmm suitable for 01 to 05 HP Centrifugal pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing 10 Sqmm 4 Core cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm non return valve with by pass arrangement for working pressure 10 kg per sq cm confirming to IS- 5312 including jointing by means of rubber gasket 3mm thick, MS nut bolt, washers etc.,complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Gate valve of 63/75mm dia double flanged and drilled including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix foot valve 80mm (3'') flanged ends with swing type operation and rubber seated conforming to IS 4038, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cast iron round shaped UG PIPE LINE route indicator of size 200 mm dia 10mm thick with letters embossed and fixed with 1050 mm long MS angle iron 25 x 25x 5mm including connected earth work and excavation as in post holes in any type of soil providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 660 x300x250 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to hold the angle iron (by putting the split end of angle iron in to the concrete ) up to ground level and painting the exposed iron surface with blue in colour over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of factory made out door LT distribution panel board cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved fabricated Out door type made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm frame complete with suitable size Al bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system mounted on porcelain insulator suitably spaced in totally enclosed chamber and wired with suitable size of PVC insulated multistranded copper cable complete including powder coated painting both internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer comprising of the following:-

Supply and fix GI rope suitable for lifting the open well submersible motor 05 HP in case of repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm dia tamper proof double orifice kinetic air valve designed as per IS 14845 type with stainless steel floats in blue epoxy coating complete all as specified and as directed.
