All as per item No.1 above but DG set of capacity 7.5 KVA MES/SM No 155024 movable trolley type DG Set installed including Jobs to ensure its satisfactory performance and consumable items repair/replacement and the following items complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Replacement of suitable grade engine oil S&F for Oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter S&F for water separator Radiator cleaning with chemical S&F for change of fuel pipe S&F for change of fan belt size S&F for change of hose pipe with clamp

Supply only engine oil Grade 20 W 40 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Battery terminal leads (ISI mark) of 3 mtr long to starter of Diesel engine provided with brass connector on one end and cable lug on other end complete all as specified and as directed.

Scraping, removal of rust and complete removal of existing painting, cleaning and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun after attending welding work to corroded portion over a coat of red oxide primer to the following capacity of DG Sets with apple green tint for engine, smoke gray tint for alternator, black for foundation/bases frame and red for all guards including writing of SM/MES Number on Engine and Alternator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for winding of armature winding and field winding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing of insulating material and heating up, testing etc, complete for DG sets of capacity 40 to 160 KVA including taking out the old burnt windings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair /replacement for 12 Volts 92 AH including cell and plate change as per requirement, terminal and distilled water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair /replacement for 12 Volts 180 AH including cell and plate change as per requirement and terminal and distilled water complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing Ammeter 0 to 60 Amps of make that shall match with existing ones ie., L & T complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Voltmeter 0 to 500 V of make that shall match with existing ones ie., L & T complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor control cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing selector switch for Ammeter of make that shall match with existing switch ie., L & T complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing selector switch for voltmeter of make that shall match with existing switch ie., L & T complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to acoustic enclosure of DG set of various sizes by attending replacement of defective parts such as welding repairs to doors/hinges, replacement of gaskets, rusted bolts/nuts any if rusted including replacement of anti vibration pads and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F for GI earthing strip 25x4 mm with nut and bolts complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of GI Strip ISI marked of size 32 x6 mm complete with nuts, bolts and washers, buried in ground including excavation and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing earthing and M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal groungnd level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machinery/equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion. Note (i) the unit rate shall also include for excavation earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI protection pipe wire mesh and copper lugs complete in addition to item No 1(a) to (e) of preamble ( Notes) Under sub heading earthing specified on SI page NO-389 of SSR Part-II 2004. (ii) Marking the earth chamber with date of test, name of machine and earth value.
