Resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, without taking down shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window of area not exe. 2.00 sqm each. Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Supply and fix 30mm thick single piece, coloured ABC (ACRYLONITRILE BRUTADINE STYRENE) coated, PUF filled door shutters with PUF (Poly Urethane Foam) insulation of minimum density 40 Kg/Cum filled in between two ABS sheets of thickness 1.2mm (min), border covered with insitu pasted ABS strips of width equal to thickness of door shutters, 1.2mm thickness, reinforced with two number 10mm CTD bars, pre-embedded with wooden blocks of suitable sizes for receiving hinges, tower / sliding bolts, towel rails, handles etc, with/without embossed pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight framed, in parts rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hold fast/clamps of mild steel stay for rain water pipes etc conform to Fe-290 Gde E 165.

M&L for PCC Type 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate ) type B0, PCC filling cement concrete as in holdfast and mass concrete with WPC all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (one panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in butt hinges mild steel cold rolled mild and fixed 100mm size, type C-22, extruded mild steel with mild steel hinge pin, anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 200mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 300mm long of alluminium sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) with sand or die cast and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or brass door shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in 150mm length extruded alluminium alloy handles cast type, bright polished all as specified an directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F floor door stopper of brass body and 140mm with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing of New or previously painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass selected quality approved fixed in position in luminium / iron/wooden frame work including rubber beading and pointing cleats/glazing with oil putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description and any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 X 450 X 7mm thick incuding rendering 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) to receive tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors including screed bed or bedding layers of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as specified. set and jointed in cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces complete all as specified.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where rerquired and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels,etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering/plastering, 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, using WPC, surfaces finished finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Finishing of wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required paint of required shade new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing trreatment preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying Finishing of wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required paint of required shade new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Taking down existing cement plaster of any description over damaged surfaces irregular facia, chajjas and in similar work and also for narrow width etc and rendering dubbing coat 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) over a coat of cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm making surface even ( avg 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate shall be provided wherever required) followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) finished complete all as specified and directed including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer over new plaster surface including preparation etc complete.(after curing of specified time and drying the surfaces as required).
