Description all as per Item No-2 above but with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm and 2.5 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor green in colour for 16A switch socket complete.

Taking down old sub-main wiring incl fixture & fittings etc. and M & L for concealed sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size (2 x 4.00) sq. mm + (1 x 4.00) sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories ISI marked for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down old sub-main wiring incl fixture & fittings etc. and M & L for concealed sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size (2 x 6.00) sq. mm + (1 x 6.00) sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories ISI marked for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE : 1) Two runs of PVC wire, one run of earth wire & one run of PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) will be measured as one length. 2) Modular metal flush boxes (if req) shall be measured & paid separately.2) Cutting chases & making good, including necessary Putty work of the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting/ bldg security light 35Watt 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with inpact and corrossion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete including GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32MM dia 1.20M longbent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50x6mm with nut, bolt & washers as required at site for fixing of street light on LT poloes wall including making connection with PVC insulated 3 single core of 1.5 sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair round shape surface mounted LED fiting of 15 W, 6500K , 220 volts, AC, recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffucer soft glare free light complete with drivers holders LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including taking down ols unserviceable ftg. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of Exhaust fan in reapair, metal body with automatic back shutter louvers 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM or more, Air Delivery not less than 1850 CMH, single phase, 240 Volts, AC, 50 Hz and connecting up complete including louvers and provision of cable 3/2 core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan in flexible hose and making of suitable sized hole in the wall/existing window/ventillator/other surfaces etc. for fixing of the exhaust fan & making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) complete all as specified & as directed. Note: (i) The cost of making hole in walls/other surfaces & making good the isturbed surfaces incl any framework/cement work/wood work/welding work etc. required for proper fixing of the exhaust fan & matching to the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB DB and S & F in repair SPN DB, 12 Way, IP43, IK09, Metal double door type 240 volts fitted with busbar and blanking plates, neutral link and making good making good the disturbed surfaces with all other accessories including necessary connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB DB and S & F and concealing SPN DB, 8 Way, IP43, IK09, Metal double door type 240 volts fitted with busbar and blanking plates, neutral link and making good the disturbed surfaces with all other accessories including necessary connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs and S&F Miniature circuit Breakers, SPN of capacity 6-32 Amps,C-Series 240 Volts of capacity 6-32 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs and S&F Miniature circuit Breakers, SPN of capacity 40 Amps,C-Series 240 Volts with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs and S&F Miniature circuit Breakers, SP of capacity (6-32 Amps),C-Series 240 Volts as ordered with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point on completion with and including 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5mtr long) for earth and 20mm GI medium grade for watering including PCC chamber pit & cover with suitable lifting hooks, with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified including taking out the existing u/s earthing accessories. Note: On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for cleaning & refixing of serviceable LED light fittings of any type/size/wattage obtained from site here in before with & including flexible conduit from fittings to ceiling rose (as applicable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The ceiling roses will be measured and paid separately.
