Material and labour for PCC for coping any size/ type for existing poles and road cutting whereever necessary, 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including dismantling old existing any size complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 80 mm dia in trenches/under road or floor/on wall / near pole/panel etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core, connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel / Street light boxes all as per site requirement , testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing pole number on any type of pole, painted with thick paint, bold and solid with white colour letters over black colour circular base as sample provided by department complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size and stacking at contractor store as schedule of credit items

Supply only prestressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long, 102x152mm at top and 102x289mm at bottom, class 10

Material and labour for removing of existing loop cable from under ground, after rectificattion of fault /damaged cable portion and rearrange the cable to same existing location with proper connections including PVC connector 4 pole terminal connector multi coloured with MS bolt for three phase (in & out) , lugs, nuts, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fixing and Testing Powder coated Outdoor street light control box of size not less than 300 x 200 x 80 mm CRCA 3 mm thick IP 65 fabricated by CPRI certified panel manufacturer including suitable terminal TPN 10 KA SMC Connector ( for 3 Phase Cable Line IN & OUT) and provision of dimrail for mounting 3 Nos MCB SP including S&F 01 No MCB 20 Amp SP C curve canopy weather proof, hinged door with allen key pad side locking system for fixing on PCC / Steel Poles in and including necessary MS Clamps of suitable shape and size with nut, bolts and washers as per site requirement incl taking down unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - (1) The cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate for reconnecting Old existing cables to boxes carefully using a suitable glands and also taking up loop from the under ground and making good in all respect where ever required as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT feeder pillar box/panel boards after preparing/ scraping the surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface including painting with two coat of exterior enamel paint water proof suitable for existing LT feeder pillar box/panel board surfaces including writing in coming and out going details and cement paint on pedestral as per site requirement and as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for welding works to existing LT feeder pillar box/panel board doors including removing broken hinges and supply and fixing new heavy duty hinges as per existing type and qty including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and painting with synthetic enamel paint over redoxide on the welded surfaces to make good the disturbed surface and match with existing tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 16 and 25 sqmm cable of any type and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying for 25 sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for replacement of un serviceable portion of cable,connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel/joints/poles including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of reusable bricks as obtained from site during taking down of cable here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) New spare parts required for replacing old unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as ‘ Supply only’ under relavent item here-in-after ii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts,removing unserviceable parts, dismantling light fitting and refixing are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
