Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for In door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm with front open able shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of minimum height 45 cm from ground level to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :Main bldg). M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.
