Comprehensive maintenance of swimming pool installation including brushing inside the entire pool having bottom area 337.5 Sqm, side wall having an area 154 Sqm, 85 meter long scum channel and having 476400 Ltr entire capacity of water with 60000 ltr capacity of balancing tank, suction sweeping using robotic suction sweeper on the entire area of swimming pool and removing all sediments collected at the bottom of the swimming pool as a result of application of chemicals and atmospheric impurities such as leafs and muds etc all as specified and directed. Note for item No .1 :- (a) Suction sweeping( using robotic cleaner) at the bottom and sides of the entire pool shall be carried out till complete sedimets are removed. (b) Removing all floating particulars by using net before 6 Am (c) filter capacity of the pool is 60 Cum/Hour with pressure type pumps of capacity 7.5 HP and having Chlorine dozer lionizer (Granular to maintain 2 PPM of chlorine in the pool water and pH level between 7.4 to 7.6) (c) Manual spreading of chemicals supply to maintain chlorine level pH level etc. (d) The chlorine level should be at 2PPM and PH level should be in between 7.4 to 7.6 (e)` Chemical/materials required will be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule (f) Testing of water for checking chlorine PH & bacterial level as per standard specification solution test kit shall be arranged by contractor. (g) Biological test for swimming pool water shall be carried out in every months from a NABL accredited Lab / Govt Lab and submission of the same to Engineer-in-charge.
