INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:

S&F two way bib cock 15mm bore with flung cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed for iron popes brass ferrule etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Angle stop valve of size 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated of high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F round shape 24 watt 220 volts AC squere recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling & connecting upto ceiling rose with three core twisted flexible 1.5 Sqmm PVC copper conductor cable with earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F double door metallic sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used VTPN 4 ways 415V with 200 Amps rated bus bar compete fixed properly on in concealed position and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs of cable/ wires, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI bracket made out of Galvanized Iron tubing 25mm bore "light grade" to the required shape,1.2m long fixed with 02 Sets of flat iron clam of size 25mm x 5mm, bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size, with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved shade/colour) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F telephone cables with high density polythylene insulated, solid annealed high conductivity bare copper with DIA 0.5mm paired polyester taped and sheathed with high oxygen index fire retardant PVC compound, generally confirming to ITD specifications G/WIR-06/02 My 94 of 1-pair drawn through PVC conduit and connecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 4mm GI wire by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of GI and GI pipe 15 mm "Medium Grade" for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Taking out carefully existing serviceable water meter and refixing the same by CMWSSB authorities, including all required accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY: M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 X 6 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing, complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATES: S&F 600mm dia punched type concertina coil (50 turns per coil) 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS:513, Confirm to heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS:4454 and confirming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS:2062, deep drawn quality with galvanising coating (minimum 230GSM) having medium barbs of specification barb length : 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 and weight of coil should not be less than 1.42 kg/RM including fixed in position in between "Y" shaped angle iron post with barbed wire fence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The barbed wire shall be measured and separately. After stretching the concertina coil length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.

DEMOLITION:

Demolition of old shower, health faucet, PVC connection pipe & waste pipe of any description, complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of old kitchen sink and plate rack of any description, complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking out old/existing MCB DB SPN/TPN of any description complete by disconnecting, complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking out old/existing Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans and Geysers of any description complete by disconnecting, complete all as specifed and directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATES:

S&F 610mm dia punched type concertina coil (50 turns per coil) 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS:513,Confirm to heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS:4454 and confirming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS:2062 deep drawn quality with galvanising coating (minimum 230GSM) having medium barbs of specification barb length : 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 and weight of coil should not be less than 1.42 Kg/RM including fixed in position in between "Y" shaped angle iron post with barbed wire fence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
