Sch 'A' Part - I : BUILDINGS OR WORKS Design and Construction of Living in Accommodation including garages in 4 storey (Ground+3 storey) framed construction with permanent specifications in RCC M-25 Design mix with AAC solid block masonry panel walls, ATT, PU based WPT, earthquake resistance as per latest IS and Green building norms with GRIHA star rating etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note: The quoted rate against is deemed to include for the provisions contained in Sch 'A' Notes. Refer Sch 'A' Notes complete before quoting these items.

Sch 'A' Part - X : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore two way bib tap and health faucet cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, screwed down screwed for PPR pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix Reading in bed side light 3 watt white with this collection of adjustable LED bedside lights, 220 Volts, Total 150 Lumens, PF 0.95, CRI 80 colour temperature 2700 to 6500K, high voltage protecion, easy instalaltion clips for user-friendely installation, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including retrofit LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete in all respect all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix TPN distribution boards,Vertical type, protection class IP-43, Double door,4 Way, suitable for mounting MCCB as incomer and MCB SP,TP as outgoing with min 400 Amps rating bus bar, concealed in wall complete in all respect all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular TV Socket , one module complete in all respect all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for TV wiring with unarmoured coaxial cable RG-11 in concealed with PVC conduit of 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm X 600 mm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia and GI protection pipe 15 mm dia and light grade connected to and including by means of nuts, bolts check nuts and washers made of copper as shown in Plate No. 3 of SSR Part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC 1:3:6 chamber RCC 1:2:4 cover 50 mm thick with 6 mm TMT bar 100 mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore funnel wire mesh etc and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing VTPN Distribution Boards, Vertical type, protection class IP-43, Double Door 6 way double door factory made powder coated, including with minimum 400 Amp Copper bus bar, Neutral bar, Standard DIN rail, Earth Bar and including for incorner MCCB 100 Amp complete all as specified and Directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of valve chamber with inner clear dimension 600mm x 600mm x 900mm suitable for 80mm sluice Valves with PCC (1:4:8) 150mm thick type D2 for foundation, Brick masonary 230mm wall in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) 75mm type B1 for coping, rendering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick including provision of 3mm thick MS sheet cover and 25mm x 25mm x 3mm angle frame embedded in coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangements including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Cutting cast iron pipe of size 100 mm dia and reducing to 80 mm dia including fittings before laying pipes in trenches of different sizes as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material and labour for returning and filling of trenches in two parts:- (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil up to depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS-1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning (ii) In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the required additional qty obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for protection to cable with one layer of Fly ash bricks of size 23 x 10 x 10 cm laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Install, and commissioning LT feeder pillar (CPRI approved) outdoor type IP-65 made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and angle Iron size of (50mm x 40mm x 6 mm) frame work, cubicle type with copper bus bars and with suitable mounting plate, frame and canopy, confirms to IEC61439-2 with following accessories suitable for incoming/outgoing arrangements:- (a) MCCB with extended rotary handle and spreader link 63 A 25kA 4 pole - 01 No (b) MCB TPN 40 Amp-03 No (c) MCB SPN 6-32 Amp-01 No (d) Digital panel meter for volt Amp/Volt/KWH&PF - 01 No (e) LED indicating lamp set- 01 Set of three

Supply and fix Synchronising electronic timer unit operated on AC 230 Volts, 24 hrs clock time for controlling street lights/ flood lights etc all as directed. Make : Cat Part No : 4126 41 of Legrand or equivalent in L&T, ABB.

Supply and fix Power contactors 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415V etc all as directed . Make : Cat No 4125 57 of Legrand or equivalent of L&T/ Siemens

Material and labour for drawing 02 Nos single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm and 01 No copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm for earth. 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable through wall/ pole etc including PVC conduit of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Sintex box of size 280 x 170 x 130mm (Cat No. GS-JB-2817 or equivalent in approved make) Hinged (L) with aluminum bus bar of 50 Amp rating for phase and neutral on porcelain based insulator fixed on pole with help of MS nuts bolts & Ms clamps-2 Nos of size 40mm x 4mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity mounted on rail inside box. Work also includes making suitable hole in pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

SOLAR WATER HEATER Material and labour for mild steel compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING Supply installation, connection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted type voltage stabilizer single phase 50 Hz 230 V, AC supply suitable for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled, indoor type designed for input variation of voltage between 130 volts to 290 volt with output voltage stablized at 230 Volt circuit protection device complete of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Reverse Osmosis Plant of out put capacity of 25 Litres per hour complete all as specified and as directed.
