Supply and fixing CPVC Ball valve / butterfly valve, for CPVC pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass float valve,25 mm dia, ISI marked high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed of following size / bore including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 600mm X 600mm X 450mm (internal dimensions) including excavation of earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation , brick work in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to both internal and external surfaces upto 150mm depth below GL, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in coping, cover with two Nos of hinges and one No. handle made out of MS round bar 10mm dia with necessary locking arrangement including painting to the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipe or excavation in pits not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft soil, complete all as specified

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade tubing including provision of necessary fittings like Tee,Bend,Socket,Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, unions, etc and accessories laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following bore sizes:-

(a) 40 mm bore steel tubing

(b) 50 mm bore steel tubing

Supply and Fixing GI tubing medium grade including provision of fittings like Tee,Bend,Socket,Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, unions, flange etc and accessories on walls/roofs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following bore sizes:-

(a) 40 mm bore steel tubing

(b) 50 mm bore steel tubing

S & F of gun metal gate valve, painted finish, with forged brass spindle and iron wheel head, screwed both ends internally IS-778 marked, Class-2, for iron pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 40 mm bore steel tubing

(c) 50 mm bore steel tubing

Supply and fix 40 mm dia brass float valve, ISI marked high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed of following size / bore including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge 5" dia, 0 to 14 Kg/cm2 range fixing on delivery pipe of pump set and removing existing defective pressure gauge for taken into credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Non return sluice valve Class PN 1.6, 50 mm dia including flange joint with rubber , bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Foot Valve, flanged , conforming to IS 4038, 50 mm (2”) dia, PN 0.2 Housing, strainer, door and door plate in Cast Iron IS 210 Gr FG 200 ,Door Face Natural Rubber, SS 410 Fasteners – CS IS:1367, CL-4.6/4.0 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix three phase monoblock Pump set 3 HP complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent as mentioned in PS

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer capacity 5 KVA for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer capacity 10 KVA for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring in replacement with two run single core 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia/PVC casing capping 20 mm and conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 20mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for Distribution Board, TPN 4 way DB ,415 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 5 A to 32 A , B curve, 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB TP 25A - 63 A , C curve 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , erection, testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of copper bonded rod using machine bore and filling with backfill compound .The specification is (a) Low Carbon High Tensile Steel rod copper bonded rod of dia 20.2 mm with Copper Plated (250+ microns) , length 3m , with top end of the rod connected with copper plated welded bus bar terminal of dimension 150mm x 50mm x 6 mm , complete conforms to IS : 3043 - 1987 (b) The earth pit bore dia should be 150 mm and length 3 m (c) Backfill compound with following specification has be filled in the bore after placing the copper bonded rod : - Carbon based, high conductive backfill compound 'Conductolite' (50 kg per electrode to be filled around each electrode ) with resistivity 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & resistivity is non-moisture dependant,pH Value : 8.0 - 9.0, electronic & ionic conduction, less susceptible to shrinkage, with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties (d) covering with Heavy duty Earth pit Chamber cover made of HDPE with high strength to weight ratio ( Capable of withstanding upto 8 ton) , Bottom opening dia - 348 mm Top opening dia - 256 mm, Height - 260 mm . Supply , erection, testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of Carbon Coated M.S Pipe (pipe - in - pipe) with copper plated welded bus bar terminal . Carbon Coated M.S Pipe shall have Outer Dia is 101 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm , Inner Dia is 48 mm with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm, length 3m , Internal Corrosion Protection by corrosion resistant Crystalline Conductive Compound is filled and compacted in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance., and fill with (a) Eco friendly backfill Compound Electrodite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : 5 ohm-metre (In ideal moist conditions) ; 5 ohm-metre (Dry Conditions) , Ph Value : 9-13 , High water retention capacity , Hygroscopic , Ionic & Electronic conduction ,Swells when it comes in contact with water thereby engaging constant contact between the electrode surface & soil (b) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & Resistivity is not moisture dependant,Ph Value : 8.0 - 9.0, Electronic & Ionic conduction, Less susceptible to shrinkage, with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties (c) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite with following properties: Soil Enhancer / Booster, Powered by Neutralizing & Diffusing agents , Ph Value : 7.0 - 9.0 , Ionic conduction, Forms an aqueous solution ,Positive water soluble agents , reduces the soil resistivity, forms an aqueous solution that creates conductive roots in the immediate environment of the earthing system which enables dissipation of fault current smoothly and connecting with earth strip & covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover .
