Material and labour for Granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc, including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F second class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats/hand rails and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. M& L for UPVC ventilator with The profile for costruction of UPVC ventilator frame will be of overall size 60x58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. The corners will be plastic welded.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. The ventilator will be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimium 2 nos on each sicde. The 3 nos of pinned glass will be placed in slots provided in ventilator. Glazing: The ventilator will be glazed with 5 mm thick pinhead glass. Note: The entire fixing will be done as per manufactures instructions and specification and as directed by Engg in charge. (II) The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass/wire netting and all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

S&F in repair health faucet Make:Cat No. E8342A1of Parryware /F160001 of Hindware/ ALD-CHR 565 of Jaquar or equivalent including 1.2m long flexible tube and wall hook complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 600mmx450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel plate racks made of stanless steel 0.80mm thick sheet standard size 24'x36x10" and design as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Nirali/Parryware as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on external walls by wire brushing, crack filling & Bio-wash to fight microbial growth and applying exterior wall putty of 3mm thick for smoothness, one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA OF Asian Paint or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger complete or equivalent all as per manufacturer instruction as directed. The painting work to be executed by authorised applicator of the manufacturer.

Note : (i) 3 Runs of 1.5 sqmm cable & one run of medium grade PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
