Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions on PCC block masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thk screed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algae weather proof paint on external wall complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on external walls by wire brushing, crack filling and Bio-wash to fight microbial growth and applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algae weather proof paint for complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of new steel surfaces, n exc 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described .

S & F White/Coloured UPVC partition fixed complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and following specifications all as directed:- (i) UPVC fixed partition frame shall be made of material confirming to IS 10151 of extruded UPVC section having over all dimension of 65 x 55 having wall thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm. (ii) Corners of frame shall be jointed by MS galvanized brackets mitred and plastic welded. (iii) The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (iv)Partition consisting of solid UPVC shutter with toughened glass not less than 10 mm thick fixed in frames with appropriate beading as per manufacturer's specification. (v) All the fittings shall be provided with using self tapping screws. Note: The entire fixing shall be done as per manufacturer's instructions and specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.all as specified and directed .The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass/wire netting and all other connected accessories. M&L for providing UPVC Glazed Door with Shutters. The construction profile for UPVC Door shall be overall frame sectional size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.70 +/- 0.2 mm extruded sections. The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall thickness 1.2 mm +/- 0.2 mm. The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side. The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standard beadings of sectional size 24.05 x 16 mm & 2 mm thick. The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3 nos of 3D hinges. The Door shutter shall be provided with toughened glass not less tha 6mm thick, zinc plated mild steel multipoint locking locking arrangement with zinc alloy (white powder coated) handles and two numbers zinc alloy (white powder coated) tower bolts complete all as specified & as directed. M& L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in single piece for full length of step as in treads of staircase and in flooring, edge moulding as in steps and three rows of 4mm wide and 5mm deep in each landing/thread and incl 20mm thick cement screed base laid in cm 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing, polishing to mirror finish and rounding to edges etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses string courses, lacingcourses,parapets and railing upto60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slighty rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs for White/Coloured UPVC partition complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and following specifications all as directed:- (i) UPVC partition frame shall be made of material confirming to IS 10151 of extruded UPVC section having over all dimension of 65 x 55 having wall thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm. Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar ( 1:6) 15 mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick work wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying with white putty of average thickness 3mm and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm (any patern) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms including rounding edges,grinding,polishing and like in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thickness of mortar including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

(v) The profiles should be sigle chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (vi) The window system should be glazed with 6mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufactures instruction. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of ceiling and applying with white putty of 3mm thick and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved for smooth finished suface of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Asian paints Royale Shyne paint or Royale Luxury emulsion of Berger or Dulux Guardian or equivalent (approved colour) over a coat of deco prime primer over and including one coats of wall care putty with brush/roller, finished even and smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by GE.
