M & L for Pavement Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 40 kg/sqcm (lower control limit - LCL) in field using minimum 400 kg per Cubic meter or as per design mix, mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement, laid using suitable machinary in bays/panels between joints, including use and waste of necessary steel formworks to the sides including bullnosing/ rounding off the edges and finishing the surface as directed , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints/dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be included in the rate quoted . (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used/approved based on mix design, in the execution of work under this item. (c) Cost of admixures to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (d) Triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement shall included in the rate quoted.

M & L for laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a two layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each layer will be 100mm + 100mm thick)

Material and labour for laying 200mm thick WBM (Compacted thickness) in two layer , with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each layer will be (100mm + 100mm thick)

Preparing surfaces of WBM by brushing with wire brushes or mechanical broom or high pressure air jet for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg / 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG30 complete all as specified in MORTH specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with 4 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity, consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes or mechanical broom or high pressure air jet for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with VG-30 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as specified in MORTH specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity Complete all as specified in MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element: (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (spread thickness) moorum/ red bajri, filling in roads by 8 to 12 tonne roller, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete for kerb stone of size 40cm x 12.5cm or 40cm x 10cm in 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) of required size set with CM 1:6 and including necessary formwok complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 2.5 mm thick retro reflective painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) Brand : Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MORTH technology and specialty.)

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, including supply of road metal/ aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, reflective cats eye with ABS material, body of size 90 mm x 110 mmx 17mm, with honeycomb patterned base, twin molded shanks and two way retro reflective lenses, fixed with suitable adhesives on roads or steel zinc plated nail dia 12mm of length 120mm fixed to road by hammering, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Series 290C/290CE of 3M/OS-778 or equivalent make mention in list of make as approved by GE

Material and labour for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mmx 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed. Make:GREENLITE CAT PART NO. GPL-03-01 or equivalent as mentioned in PS approved by GE

M & L for cutting of grass by mechanically/ by manual using grass cutting knife and cleaning the surfaceand applying glycel chemical mixed with water (15ML per L of water) is sprayed to avoid furthure grow of grass complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep, and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 Mtrs and not exceeding 500 Mtrs and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n exe 1.5m deep in any type of soil and getting out includes clearing of shruos, vegetation, grass bush, weed trees and saplings n. exe 30cm girth including roots and disposed off to a distance n. exe 50m by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of reinforced cement concrete pipe 450mm bore, class NP-3, tested and jointed with collars as per SSR Part-I clause 18.74.4 including bedding concrete with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe for 450mm dia bore and including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Surface execavation n. exe 30cm deep and avg 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) in path, hard standing, parking floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.25 - Rs.9480.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
