M&L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable in trenches with coarse Riddled Earth of approved quality as approved in writing by GE including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sub class "B" bricks in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of bricks, laid dry & flat complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable laid in trenches or passing through GI and connecting accessories incl taking down old cable complete all as specified & as directed. of size 6 sq mm 2.0 core Note :- Necessary earthwotk, PCC etc shall be measured & Paid separately under relevant items of works.

M&L for cutting the existing hardstanding/PCC / road at a depth of not less than 60 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of LT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grass, bushes, creapers, weeds, unwanted plants/growths, area cleaning etc in and arround Supply Installations, any other locations as directed by Engr-In-Charge and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

NOTE for Item Nos 1, 7 & 8 : Any damages made to the existing services of MES/WCB/TNEB/Other Depts like HT/LT UG cables, Water Supply/Sewage Pipe lines, OFC/BSNL/ITRC/Signal communication cables etc. during the excavation/boring/road cuting etc. progress of the work shall be made good with proper jointing kits etc. as per original to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade (ISI Marked) of size 100 mm for cable protection to be fixed on wall /pole /road crossing with necessary clamps complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade (ISI Marked) of size 80 mm for cable protection to be fixed on wall /pole /road crossing with necessary clamps complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade (ISI Marked) of size 50 mm for cable protection to be fixed on wall /pole /road crossing with necessary clamps complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of outdoor/indoor type LT/HT Panels of any size/type etc. after cleaning of oils, wax, lubricants, grease, rusty scales, spider webs, dusts etc. complete & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & grade using spray gun & neatly writing distribution details (if applicable) all as per directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of LT/HT/Security/Street light steel tubular poles and structure incl MS Clamps, cross arms, GI Pipe brackets etc. of any size/type etc. after cleaning/removal of oils, wax, lubricants, grease, rusty scales, spider webs, dusts etc. & applying one coat of Aluminium paint & neatly writing pole numbers incl triming of tree branches near pole complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for straight through joint, heat shrink type for LT UG Cable incl joint kits suitable for Aluminium conductor cable, incl earthwork, taking down, preparation of damaged cable incl testing complete all as specified and directed of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 4/3.5 core

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including iron pit & cover with suitable handle, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with suitable funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete. Note :- On completion of the complete work/job the Contr is to perform earth resistance tests for each earthing job in the presence of the Engr-In-Charge or his rep & submit test certificates duly signed & certified. If the test results are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limits of relevant Standards/IS then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Dept till the results are satisfactory.

Supply and fix in repair , install, testing & commissioning of LT busbar out-door type of sfactory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The box shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & high grade aluminum bus-bar of rating 400A of length 600mm, min spacing of 80mm between the busbars & wrapped with coloured PVC tape /sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming cable rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including I/C & O/G cable opening on bottom & at both sides including MCCB 200 A , cable glands of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) incl taking down old unsv box of any size/type complete all as specified & as directed.

Notes :- (i) Design / drawing / BOM of the Panel Board showing the dimensions is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-in-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for repairs to feeder pillar box/LT panel etc, taking out old unserviceable and fixing of new hinges (if any) by welding/bolt nuts,addn/altn to MCCB enclosure cover with one incoming and No of out goings by grinding,cutting and painting all as shown and diretced, repairs to door lock by replacing unsv locks, extension of aluminium bus bars for incoming/outgoing MCCBs as per existing shapes and size, spray painting with two coats of approved grade & color synthetic enamel paint after scrapping incl preparation of old painted surfaces & fixing 02 nos (front & back) danger notice plate as per standard size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of on load change over switch 4 pole (I-O-II) in sheet mental enclosure modular construction type, confirming to IS/IEC 60947-3, rated current 200 A At 415 V, with supporting angle iron frame , PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation necessary earth work (if any) incl taking down and all as specified and directed by Engr-Charge.

All as per Item Sl No 32, here in above but suitable size for 160 Amp.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type B1 with 20 mm graded aggregate as in platform / floor complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.
