All as per item No. 06 above but 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binderscomplete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC M25 design mix concerte as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads Diameter of neck in 16 to 25 mm at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n exc 75cm long complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Steel work in tabular/hallow/ I Beam, C Channel Graders etc sections of trusses as required shape including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachmentof Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250)quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensil strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (epoxy type) over a coat of primer (epoxy type) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of brocken stone or boulder gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, sprade and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8(40 mm graded stone aggregate ) type D-2 as in sub base of flooring/ paver block etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking glossy/ lacquer finish paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness including 2mm thick rubber mould glossy/ lacquer finish paver block of Grade M-35 and over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. ( Note- Sand will be measured and paid separately)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and surface chanels including throating and use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick Rendering in on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement on second coat complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing tensile fiber cloth of weight 750 g/sqm having tensile strength 280/280 daN/5 cm or 320/320 lbs/in En ISO 1421 tear strength 30/28 daN or 85/80 lbs adhesion 10 daN/5cm surface treatment S2 PVDF/PVDF finished yarn high tenacity polyester 1100-Dtex, fixed to MS framed structure and fixed with special aluminium extrusions at end of the roof truss with special screw as per ISO-9001 & ISO-14021. The work shall be carried out by approved applicator of tensile structure manufacturer only as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note(a): The Mild Steel for structure shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item. (b). Any minor details/item not specified in the above description and same shall be required to complete the work is deemed to be includede in the quoted rate by contractor. The bidders are advised to visit the site and seek necessary information from AGE(I) Chn before quoting.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. and over 3mm thick exterior birla wall care putty in two layers using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (E/M WORKS)

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Note: 3 run of 4 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit

Material and labour for point wiring on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures for DB's for incorporating MCBs, SPN, 2 way, IP-43 with metal double door with 200 amps rated busbar, as per IS-8623 all as specified and as directed.

S & F MCB SPN, 40 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002,integrated label holder, sliding bottom clamp , IP 20 protected terminal, sliding shutters, 240 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
