Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed concrete for drains,surface channels etc and finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for edging/coping, including necessary form work weathering /slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Demolition of bricks laid flat in drains, channels, aprons, etc. (each layer) in laid dry or laid dry and pointed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material and labour for bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat,in floors, old size bricks laid dry and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to cement lime mortar to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors,surface channels,roofs ,etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick wall masonry in laid flat of drains in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone paving laid dry and pointed of any description or thicknesscomplete all as specified.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick approved quarried stone laid dry in pavings, or any slant hight position face hammer dressed,sides fitted fairly,hollows wedged in with stone chips and interstices filled with approved earth and joints are grouted flush with cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but except stone.

Unskilled labour for daily basis clearence of FOD for maintaining runway and PTT and links complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soil/ spoil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for Providing and consolidating 150 mm thick (3 layers of 50mm thick) premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC-1) using min 5.4% EIastomeric PMB 64-10 binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Bituminous Concrete Grading 1 of Table 500-17 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/ WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Laying and compacting 225 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in three layers of 75 mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Breaking stone or boulders to 50 mm gauge (Granite, Trap or Basalt or material of similar hardness complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced)/ bituminous pavent in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L for Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point for rocks as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Soling of broken boulders or quarried stone, not exc 15cm thickness using power roller exc 8 tonne and n exc 12 tonne

Note for Serial item No. 18 to 26: These items are catered for rehabilitation of runway works as per department instructions in time bound manner and the unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for this provision/condition. Standard repairing procedure comprising of steps: Cleaning to damaged site, excavation/ clearing/ shaping of crater, filling the crater with crushed stones/ aggregate upto 350mm from top surface,Wet Mix Macadam layer (WMM) 200mm, prime coat with emulsion, filling of upper porton (150mm) with DAC-I Note for Serial item No. 1 to 26: Kind attention of tenders is invited to that runway will be available to execute the work on Saturday and Sunday or on holiday or as required by the user. The tenderer has to work as per user's requirement and unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for this provision/condition.
