Dismantling MS steel work of any descrption as in fencing post,MS line wire ,Gate etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing water proofing treatment on the roof, cleaning with wire brush etc., and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams/ chajjas and similar suspended work and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-Bcomplete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6,15mm thick on block masonry dsurface or concrete surface surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions on PCC block masonry surface or concrete surface of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP modified water proofing membrane mineral finish, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm reinforced with non woven ployster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/Sqcm side lap & end lap 15cm over coat of bitumen primer " 0.20 Kg/Sqm & applying a coat of blown grade bitumen 90/15 over the memberance " 1.2 Kg/Sqm & finshed all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n exc 25cm ,in watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exe 50m and making good surface in soft /loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete

M&LPrecast cement concrete block Type C1(1:3:6)(using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid solid blocks exc 10cm width and setting in mortar(1:4) complete.

M&Lproviding precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls ,partion,platform support etc

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

M &L for modular false ceiling systems in Armstrong Scala having micro look teglar edges of 12mm thickness of size 600mmx600mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have a humidity resistence of RH 99 with NRC level of 0.70 and light reflactance up to 85% and fixed with suspension system (Grid) The size of the same is 15mm x 32mm, The galvanised iron sheet of thick 0.30mm used in the manufacturing of gird is zinc coated for preventing corrosiion. The main runners are hung from the soffit with help of GI wire hanger complete with installation all as manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make: Armstrong/Diamond/Saint gobin

M&L for MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members N exc 4 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted Galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strenth of 550MPA as in roof covering /cladding to wall,crimp curved where necessary fixed with self tapping screws complete all as spd and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalumealuminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material and labour for two coat SE paint on steel surface over one coat of red oxide primer incl prepareation of new or old steel surface complte all as spd and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of existing treatment on external walls (Plastered or RRM surface) by wire brushing, crack filling & Bio-wash to fight microbial growth one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA OF Asian Paint or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA OF Asian Paint or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls a applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved.

S&F Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 0.8mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as directed by the Engr In Charge

S&F PVC(SWR) 150mm dia half round Rain water gutter incl all joints etc complete all as directed by the Engr In Charge

M & L for Surface sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size of 2 x 4.0 sq. mm + 1 x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non- metallic rigid PVC medium grade/ Casing-capping and accessories ISI marked of appropriate size/thickness on walls/other surface etc. incl making good the disturbed surfaces as per original complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Two runs of PVC wire, one run of earth wire & one run of casing-capping/PVC Conduit will be measured as one length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red,yellow,blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (iii) The cost of making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S&F single pole & neutral enclosure with a two pin & earth plug & socket complete with one single pole MCB "C" curve of 20 A rating, 10 KA incl making good the disturbed surfaces as per original complete. NOTE : The Make/Model of MCB DBs & MCBs shall be the same.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of hi wall, split-type Air Conditioner Unit of capacity 2.0 TR or higher rating based on Inverter Technology comprising of variable speed copper compressor suitable for adjusting power depending on heat load incl indoor & outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit & with in-built Air ioniser, plasma filter and stabilizer free operation & PM 2.5 Filter etc. for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating incl electric connection complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE for item No.3.00 : (i) The Air Conditioner shall be initial filled / charged with refrigerant of specified quantity & the refrigerant to be used shall be Non-CFC type & as per the latest technology. (ii) The cost of additional refrigerant pipes required (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Suitable piping of adequate length & size for drainage of condensate water from indoor unit shall be provided & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Cost of staging & shed/weather-proof arrangemets required for fixing/ installation of the outdoor units is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (v) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the AC is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of wall-mounted copper wound voltage stabilizer, ISI marked for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for I/P variation between 160 V to 260 V with Digital Voltmeter & O/P voltage stabilization at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5%, with high & low voltage cut off & time delay & of capacity 5.0 KVA suitable for 2.0 TR Inverter AC incl electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.
