Material and labour for UPVC door with shutters. The construction profile shall be overall frame sectional size 60 x 58mm with wall thickness 2.70+/- 0.2mm extruded sections. The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall using 8mm dia 80mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side. The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standard beadings of sectional size 24.05 x 16mm & 2mm thick. The bottom portion of door shutter shall be provided with UPVC board 5mm thick & 1Mtr in height and the balance shall be glazed excluding the shutter frame area. The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3Nos of 3D hinges. The door shutter shall be provided with 6 mm thick toughened glass & 5mm UPVC board with EPDM rubber gasket, zinc plated mild steel multipoint locking arrangement with key including zinc alloy (white powder coated) handles and two numbers zinc alloy (white powder coated) tower bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for factory made UPVC white colour sliding Windows with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications:- (i) The profile for construction of UPVC window frame shall be UPVC material conforming to 10151. (ii) The frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 65mm x 50mm having wall thikness 2mm ± 0.2mm. (iii) The corners of wall frame shall be joint by MS galavanised brackets, joints, mittred and plastic welded. (iv) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thickness 1mm ± 0.1mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. (v) The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (vi) The window system should be glazed with 6mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufactures instruction. Material and labour for granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc., including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
