(f) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed for carrying out daily maintenance of installation (as mentioned in BOQ & particulars specification), buildings and surroundings of the buildings including cleaning and removing all vegetation all around the installation upto 3 mtrs from the plinth protection complete. (g) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if wage and attendance register of Trades personnel engaged duly verified by Engr-in-charge arenot produced alongwith RAR/FB. (h) NO RAR shall be admitted for payment if copy of payment proof made through Adhar linked Bank Accounts of Trades personnel engaged by the contractor duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge are not submitted.
(i). The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of EPF,Over head charges,GST and LWC etc as applicable.
