Supply and fix street light timer distribution box of suitable size by sheet metal enclosure factory made pre fabricated for outdoor installation with 40 Amp MCB TPN including provisioning with analog/astronomical timer of 24 hr dial with 32 Amp contactor, with IP 54 degree of protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Voltage stabilizer of capacity 2KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of 2400 Btu/Hr complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Post top lantern fitting LED type with 40 Watt LED made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection including 3 core flexible conductor cable for light connection all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drilling/boring of road, pavement, hard standing with hydraulic pressure machine without damaging the existing road including fixing of HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia, 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for wiring for Sub main Wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor fire retardant cable of size 6 sq. mm along with one run of earth wire of size 6.0 sq.mm, Single Core, PVC insulated copper conductor including PVC Conduit of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of main cable , one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B1, 1 : 2 : 4, 50mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC drip irrigation pipe for feeder line 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 16 Sqmm 4 Core

Supply and fix junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor with cable glands for cable entry for box size 255x355x122 mm with suitable terminals and din rail to accommodate four pole MCB including clamp and nut bolts and necessary fixing arrangement for pedestal mounting with angle iron of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make - Legrand/ C&S/ Havells

Supply and laying in trenches UPVC pipe 25 mm inner dia SCH 80 grade pipe and connection including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, complete all as specified.

Material and labour 25mm thick Granite (White colour) (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick screed cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 25 mm dia CPVC pipe SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 10 Sqmm 4 Core

Supply and laying 20 mm dia CPVC pipe SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including Cutting chases in brick work, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing to cement mortar 1:3 to ends for concealed water tubing and making good for cutting n.exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and compacting of riddled earth in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured)

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosures with a two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single MCB 20 Amps, 240 volts (for AC ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC drip irrigation pipe for feeder line 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, in sub base of floor using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with liquid water proofing compound 0.3% by weight of cement used upto 8 m height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor with cable glands for cable entry for 4-10 sqmm of box size 130x180x77 mm with suitable terminals including clamp and nut bolts all as specified and directed. Make Hensel Cat No KF 1010G or equivalent.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Fountain Nozzle 1x18" Height On Straight, made up of Mild Steel/GI Pipe to be connected with UPVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches UPVC pipe 40 mm inner dia SCH 80 grade pipe and connection including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, complete all as specified.

Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of split Air conditioner of 2.0 TR capacity inverter type BEE 5 star rated with indoor and outdoor units (copper condenser coil, copper cooling coil and evaporator, smart AC with hybrid jet inverter technology including required length of copper tubing, with blue fin technology Condensor coil and fins and cables for connecting indoor and outdoor units ) complete with cordless remote control unit , with inverter rotary compressor ,inbuilt air ioniser and dual PM 2.5 HD filter with anti viral technology including inlet and outlet copper pipe and all accessories required as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bluestar/ Voltas/Carrier Note : Rate quoted is inclusive of the following:- (i) Drain pipe UPVC with insulation from indoor unit (at any floor) to ground floor level and is to be fixed with necessary clamps complete. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ as in coping bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
