SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS- To be quoted by Contractor)

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade conforming to IS-694, 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) and accessories, concealed in wall / surface on ceiling with sunken type pressed steel / welded terminal boxes factory made, made of mild steel sheet, with base plate and top cover as per manufacturer recommendation for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc., including provision of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH multistranded with copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following:

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one, one-way switch

All as per item No. 10 described here - in - before but for 3/6 pin 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board with 1.5 Sqmm copper cable and provision of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly connecting up to fittings complete.

All as per item No. 10 described here - in - before but for 3/6 pin 15 Amps switch socket combination on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper cable and provision of 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly connecting up to fittings complete.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Security light fiiting 25 W LED complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin / three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting etc, including necessary suitable clamps & bracket complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Philips/ Jaguar/ Havells.

Suppy and fix suspended -surface mounted Luminaires type LED 40 Watt, provides soft light and glare free prismatic diffusers including all fitting and fixing accessories to be fixed on wall/ ceiling or suspended from roof to a certain height all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Philips/ Havels/ Jaguar.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanized earth wire 4mm dia connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I

Spreading and compacting of riddled earth obtained from excavation in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured)
