Comprehensive maintenance to Fire alarm and fire fighting system installed in Navy Nagar buildings(P-22,P-23&P-32) by deploying suitable Technicians per visit. Team will be clean, inspect,&check the functionality of detectors, hooters, Manual call point, Fire control panel, connected wires, pipe lines, hose, motors, startors,fault isolators,batteries, hooter etc. and carryout physical check by testing once in a month on a convenient day at the discretion of User in their presence and a report to this extent will be submitted by the contractor to AGE(I) complete all as Specified and directed.

Note for Item No 2 to 4 :- (i) The contractor shall submit a maintenance schedule for the entire period of Contract. (ii) Separate skilled man power (Technician) and non-skilled manpower (Helpers) shall be employed. The team will visit the INS Adyar premises once in a month as and when required in case of emergency (Assumed 01 Emergency vist per month). Report of testing on printed in prescribed formet with in letter pad of the firm shall be submitted. (iii) The above offer will cover round the clock (24 x 7) complaint booking on firm/contractor given Telephone Nos complaints will be attended on the same day. In case the contractor fails to do so, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day for the delayed period will be deducted from payment.

Note cont...... (iv) Any breakdown (major or Minor) shall be attended even after working hours and keep the fire alarm and fire fighting system in working condition. Minor spares using up to Rs 1000/ required shall be provided by the contractor to make the system functional for which cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted . The replacement of major parts shall be measured and paid under relevant following items as follows given below :- (v) Contractor is required to quote unit rate for the items 4,5 and 9 . Fixing charges are included in comprehensive maint . These items will be operated as and when required on order by Engineer-in-Charge. The dept reserves rights to operate these items to the extent it is required at site or not . The contractor shall take this aspect into account while quoting the rates. (vi) Make and specification of items will be similar or superior to the make/description of existing items all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vii) Firm should have MOU with Honey well/Appolo before quoting of tender and submit copy of MOU document with honeywell /appolobefrore commencement of work.

Supply only 1.5 sqmm 2 core PVC insulated sheathed ISI marked FRLS copper conductor multi stranded 1100 volt grade cable drawn through existing conduit connecting and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply only 1.5 sqmm 2 core PVC insulated sheathed ISI marked FRLS copper conductor multi stranded 1100 volt grade cable drawn through PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia fixing on wall/ceiling with necessary fixing accessories, connecting and testing all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement fire alarm control panel with battery backup for 8 hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation with battery charger . The control panel shall be provided with not redundant CPU (degraded mode is not acceptable), Capacity of panel-01 loop consisting with 640 characters LCD display and for existing net working with software for programming including maintenance free batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 analog type multi sensor detector with heat and smoke combination installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L (in replacement) testing and commissioning of Manual call point resettable type as complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only analogue addressable fault isolator moduleas as per existing make capable of monitoring shorted loop circuit and automatically restore communications when shorted conditions are corrected complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (in replacement) loop sounder with suitable LED indication hooter type suitable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Remote response indicator for all detectors located above false ceilings suitable to accommodate on ceiling and connecting to smoke/heat detectors all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for opening up centrifugal motor cum pump set of 15 HP/11KW capacity for repairs / servicing, replacing all wornout part like bearings, coupling rubber, nut,bolt, washer etc., reassembling, scrapping the rusted surface and painting and making necessary electrical connections & checking the alignment, testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level in gorund with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground connected to GI earth strip 25 X 4 mm dia galvanised by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wre shall be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as speciifed and as directed. NOTE:- Earth wire beyond 7.5metre shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:3 cement plaster all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of UPS 600 VA suitable for working on 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete. Make : Microtec/ SuKam/Luminous

Supply and fix in replacement of Battery 12 Volts 7 AH dry type complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement MS ERW pipe of size 150 mm bore, including cutting welding, grinding etc all as required at site, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 above but for size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for single outlet SS hydrant valve with 80mm inlet and 63mm outlet heavy duty fitted with instantaneous female SS coupling cap and chain fixed by means of flange, Nuts, Bolts and gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm and door with 4 mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hose reel drum made of high quality mild steel powder coated in red colour confirming to IS - 884 latest revision and ISI marked complete with hose reel nozzle made of metal confirming to IS-8090 latest revision and thermoplastic hose reel tubing, 20mm dia and 30mtr long complete including required length of connecting pipe 25mm dia and on-off ball valve as approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rof air release valve 25 mm dia complete all as speicifed and directed

M & L for branch pipe Stainless Steel 63 mm, instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15 mm bore with nozzle as per BIS complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 63 mm dia 30 mtr long RRL hose complete with male and female Coupling made out of stainless steel complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to Fire hose box by jointing of hanging iron doors, replacement of hinges, replacement of door locks etc complete all as specified and directed (Note : Rate deemed to be included for welding machine and other accessories etc required for repairs at site)

S&F foot Valve 150 mm dia for pump set complete all as specified and directed

S& F of MS flange size 80/100/150 mm welded or threaded complete all as specified and directed

S&F brass nozzle of size 20mm for hose reel drum complete all as specified and directed

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt (weight per sqm not exceeding 4 Kg) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for periodical cleaning of UG sump of Capacity 25000 Gallons (Fire static tank OF NOM ) by scrubbing, brushing the edge on all sides, floors, ceilings by with suitable germ killer conforming to IS 1065 of 1969 including pumping / bailing out the dirty water, mud, silt, slush and any other sediments washing thoroughly with fresh water and applying a coat of white wash on internal surface of wall, roof and floor of sump and two coat of colour wash for exposed outer surface all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement First Aid box PVC body with complete kit/accessories wall mounting type all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet glass 4.0mm thick ordinary qualityand glazing with oil putty or clip in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.27 - Rs.11,323.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
