M&L Liquid waterproofing compound

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment from Jaffri and walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails, moulds, moss and efflorescent etc & filling cracks/hole with putty as required and applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and propper mixing of putty) and two coats of emulsion weather coat white/coloured over a coat of exterior water proof primer by auto roller upto 26 / 10 mtr height (G+5 & G+3 storey bldg) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instruction. Note: 1) The Quoted rate is inclusive of making scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, necessary for execution of work and protective measures etc... for a height upto 26 / 10 mtr height approximately. (G+5 & G+3 storey bldg). 2) Columns, Beams and Chajja to be painted different colour as per direction of Engr-in-Charge 3) Contractor should submit warrenty certificate for 5 years from manufacturer.

All as per Item No-6 above, but for newly plasterd surfaces etc…

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position for Capacity exc 250 litres but n exc 500 litres.

S&F in repair 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks in three layer cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl dismantling existing tanks complete all as specified in SSR Pt I

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors of 20mm bore including cutting /chasing in walls etc.

S&F of Gun metal, globe or gate valves 20mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc... complete all as specified and directed by the EIC .

S&F of PVC ball valve 20mm dia with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density ball (minium weight 210 gms) complete as directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Demolition of Concrete ( Un- Reinforced )above ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of premises n.exc 1.5 Km complete al as specified and directed

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete al as specified and directed

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 5 mm thick for laying floor finishes with Water Proofing Compounds in CM 1:3 ( WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete al as specified and directed

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surfaces with industrial bitumen 85/25, @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @ 0.5 litre/Sq.m. by gas flame torch application and cleaning surfaces, applying evenly a tack coat/primer of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 2 coats Aluminium paint over Water Proofing Treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars, posts etc...complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete al as specified

M&L Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment complete al as specified and directed

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring jointed to fixed to wall complete all as specified

All as per item no.24 above but 110 mm bore

S & F 75 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified

S&F in repairs of 20mm Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2 pipe Fixing to sunken floors, Washout pipe etc… as spouts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: rate Incl of cutting holes, fixing pipes, packing with CM 1:4 with Water proof liquid, making good to the surface and leak proof etc...(Ht. of the bldg may vary from Ground floor to 3th Floor (Approx Ht 16m))

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for applying high performance two component flexible acrylic Polymer cementitious waterproofing coating by two coats using 2kg/sqm in two coats having elongation of 150% after cleaning of surface and treating all surface cracks filled with cementitious non shrink grout at all surface patchwork defects with high early strength high performance rapid setting concrete, sealing bore packing joint with cementitious non shrink Grout all complete as per manufacturers specifications. Make: Brushbond Ultraflex of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP as approved by GE.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement plaster 1:4, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with Water Proofing Compound (WPC will be measured and paid separately)
