Spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured)

Supply and lay bricks in trenches , common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size ,with width equal to the length of the brick; complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for horizontal direction boring under road for laying 50 mm/80 mm dia GI Pipe at a depth not less than 450 mm and not exc. 800 mm complete all as specified. Note : The rate is inclusive of all the materials, equipments and labour required for doing trenchless horizontal boring under the road, nothing extra shall be admissible on any account then the rates quoted above.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate for making good the disturbed road surface after laying of pipe line over returned filled and compacted earth surface to match with existing road level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade Cross linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated PVC Sheathed Cables: armoured multistranded heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland and lugs on both end termination including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board, testing and commissioning etc including taking out existing unserviceable cables of following sizes complete all as directed & as specified:-

(b)3.5 Core 35 Sqmm

(c)3.5 Core 70 Sqmm

Supply, erection, testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installations of Carbon Coated M.s Pipe (pipe –in-pipe) with copper planted welded busbar terminal .Carbon Coated M.S Pipe shall have Outer Dia 101 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm, Inner Dia 48mm with a wall thickness of 2.6mm, length 3m, Internal corrosion Protection by corrosion resistant Crystalline Conductive Compound filed and compacted in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance , and fill with (a) Eco friendly backfill Compound Electrodite (25 kg) with following properties : Resistivity: 5 ohm –metre )In ideal moist Conditions; 5 ohm-metre (Dry Conditions), Ph Value 9-13, High water retention capacity, Hygroscopic, Ionic & Electric conduction, Swells when it comes it contact with water there by engaging constant contact between the electrode surface & soil (b)Eco friendly backfill compound conductolite (25kg) with following properties: Ressitivity: 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & Resistivity is not moisture dependant, Ph Value: 8.0-9.0, Electronic & lonic conduction, Less susceptible to shrinkage, with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties (c) Eco friendly backfill compound conductolite with following properties: Soil Enhancer/Booster, Powered by Neutralising & Diffusing agents, Ph Value : 7.0-9.0, lonic conduction, Forms an aqueous solution, Positive water soluble agents reduces the soil resistivity, forms an aqueous solution that creates conductive roots in the immediate environment of the earthing system which enables dissipation of fault current smoothly and connecting with earth strip & covering with heavy duty poly plastic earth pit chamber cover. Material and labour for writing letters (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) with thick paint ,stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, repainted until the desired result is obtained , not exc 30 cm height and painting with contrasting colour in the background of letter complete as directed. NOTE: Colour of paint shall be decided by the Engg-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 50mm dia for protection of UG cable on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 80mm dia for protection of UG cable on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size, , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz ,63-100 amps, with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair MCCB four pole 415 volts 50 Hz , 160 Amps, with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB four pole 415 volts 50 Hz , 200 Amps, with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for repair of old LT panel board of any size/type incl cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connections to bus bar & switchgears, re-fixing of door (front & backside) with proper fixing & replacement of butt hinges/ Lock with key, replacement of bus bar ,replacement of worn-out lugs, nut, bolts, proper connection to main earth lead, glands to be provided/replaced as required at cable entries, fixing of door front & back side with proper locking arrangement, repair to PCC foundation as required at site and spray painting with powder coated paint with smoke grey paint in outer/inner side of panel after cleaning and preparing surface complete all as directed. Note : Aluminium bus Bar shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply and fix in replacement ON Load Change over switch 415V 4 pole 160 Amps in sheet metal enclosures with cable gland, auxiliary switch and spreader links as applicable to frame size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out LT burnt cable ends of any size from transformer/LT panel/LT feeder pillar box/trenches any type/size, for repair/making suitable for reconnection to cable, providing lugs to burnt end of cables, preparing fresh terminals and reconnection, fixing the removed portion of cable with transformer/in trenches/along pole/ panel/feeder pillar box, including excavation of loop & refilling complete using old bricks and sand returning filling the excavated soil complete

Supply and laying 32x6mm galvanised iron strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead foxed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator 150mm dia 3mm thick made out of cast aluminum duly marked with size and type of cable fixed on 40x40x6mm angle iron support embedded in PCC 1;2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded (300x300x400mm size) and painted with 2 coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.
