SCHEDULE "A" PART - VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - VII is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

Supply and fix health faucet 15mm size screwed down high pressure with fancy type chromium plated both end screwed and fixed complete fitting all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CP, fancy type angle cock for 15mm bore of pipe, with long shank and cup, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring complete with 1100 volts,FRLSH grade,1.5 sq.mm,single core,Pvc insulated, unsheathed,multistranded copper conductor cable,confirming to IS-694 drawn through and including medium grade PVC conduit,20 mm dia including all accessories concealed in walls/roofs/ floors/site and suitable for modular brackets for fixing modular switches,fittigs,regulators etc concealed in walls/roof/floor,including 1100 volts, FRLSH grade,1.5 sq.mm, single sore,PVC insulated,unsheathed,multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor with colour coding and connecting to earth dolly for one light/fan point/exaust fan/ceiling rose point controlled by one modular switch complete all as specified. for the following Note:Cost of modular GI box and modular outer cover plate shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supplyand fix in LED light fitting surface mounted type 2 feet x 10w LED complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin/three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting with PVC round block 02 nos for mounting etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED security light fitting 15 W LED complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin / three core flexible copper conductore cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting etc, including necessary suitable clamps& brackets complete all as spcified and as directed.

supply, installation and testing of Chemical Earthing of 9 meter deep with 150mm dia bore hole in any type of strata (soil/rock) & boring shall be carried out with help of bore machine and copper electrode rod of size 20mm dia consisting of 209 CBR (250 microns) and low resistive compound (CONDUCTOLITE) to be filled around electrode of quantity 150 Kgs for each electrode and interconnecting the earth pits with 25x3 mm copper strip including welding/brazing the copper strip of size 25x3 mm thick shall be connected from proposed earthing to existing earth strip as per site required quantities complete all as specified & directed and testing on completion to get the result of earth resistance value shall be less than one ohm resistance and completing the earthing with earth pit of size 400x400x400mm and 100mm thick made with PCC 1:3:6 20mm aggregate C-1 type and necessary pit cover 80mm thick with lifting hook, necessary civil work i.e excavation including boring and earth work, filling etc in any of strata (soil/rock) , etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with four single core 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 32 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 2 run of 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for in concealed wiring in wall/roof using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 6 run of 10 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit

M & L for cutting of existing pipe line with help of suitable T & P for new connection of water supply line to take connection without any leakes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of Brick masonary valve chamber of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm complete including excavation , earth work in any type of strata with bottom 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 23cm thick BW with sub class b set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangment etc.,two coat of paint over primer in steel surface complete all as specified and directed.
