Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing by using cement contrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.15 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed. including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metel or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw, all as specified and as directed. all as directed

Supply and fix PVC rectangular box with hinged door cover suitable for fixing the test point of size 155x100x95/100 mm, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts/bracing and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal and refilling of soil and funnel with wire mesh and GI watering pipe 20mm dia, Chamber in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 40mm thick cover in RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways, with flush type handle with 16mm dia round bars and 40 mm dia GI pipe upto 7.5m for protection and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts/bracing and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal and refilling of soil and funnel with wire mesh and GI watering pipe 20mm dia, Chamber in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 40mm thick cover in RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways, with flush type handle with 16mm dia round bars and 40 mm dia GI pipe upto 7.5m for protection and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note for Sl No 7 to 9 :- (i) Earth lead any tytpe upto 7.5m shall be included in the quated rate (ii) PCC chamber shall be provided 50cm away from the plinth of building. (iii) Any damage in existing items during the time of excavation rectify/replace the same without any extracost with existing finish and fixture. (iv) The porecline insulator reqd for fixing the earth conductor at site is deemed to included in quated rate (v) Suitable eletrical conductivity soft soils only using for returing filling of earth pits if additional soils reqd provided by the contrcator without any extra cost. (vi) Earthpit chambers installed after compating the earthpits by using pooring of water etc (vii) The cost of taking down the old earthing deamed to be included in quated rate (viii) The earth resitance value should be the prescribed limint (2 ohm for copper & 5 ohm for GI earthing) if the values beyond the limit the earth pit shall be redone without any extra cost (ix) The earth resistance test results submitted to the Engineer -In- Charge after complete the earth pit. .

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earth lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on battern/recess/chases or buried in ground or drawn through conduit / pipe / porceline insulators or any other indicated situation for 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 25x4 mm Galvanised Iron strip earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on battern/recess/chases or buried in ground , all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20x3 mm copper strip earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on battern/recess/chases or buried in ground , all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying earth lead any type any dia under the road / path / hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix digital AC 240 volts cyclic timer for Air conditioners operating the one working/one stand by mode with digital disply showing parameter of time, AC's on information, remaining time information, micro controler technology, auto/mannual mode, turn by turn operation in addition to this AC 1 & 2 LED on indication, rated current & voltage 25 to 30 amps & 240 volts, Automatic grade 90 to 440 volts operating volatge capable to take load for 1.5 to 2 ton AC each, din rail mounting type with suitable size of housing box all as specified and directed (Make - Elmeasure / Timeline / Magnus)

M&L for concealed Sub main wiring by making recess in wall/surface complete with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories suface/concealed in wall/Ceiling etc from Main DB to MCB DB all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 runs of 4 sqmm + 1 run of 4 sqmm (Earth Cotinuity conductor) and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix pre wired powerunit with 20 amps mimi MCB and plug top for AC including taking down unserviceable socket all as directed
