(k) Battery operated emergency light (LED ceiling fitting), alarm (speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed on all the floors) and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement for battery. (m) Car size shall be conforming to IS-3534-1976 and body to be of stainless steel of 16 gauge mirror finish with stainless steel hand rail (n) Front door, operations with a minimum time of 10 seconds and upto a maximum timeof 30 seconds. (o) Hand rail, Specification plate (p) Wire rope of adequate size as per relevant IS and as per manufacturer specification (q) Suitable earthing pit earthing of lift as per IS and as required technically. (r) One sleek circular PVC heavy duty fan in false ceiling. (s) Fire man switch (t) Automatic rescue device during power failure with capacity of battery designed for 45 minutes including manual operation provision (u) Other standard fixtures and fittings like guide rails, sheaves, counter weight with guard, buffers, gears, brakes, control panel, motor, locks, governor, car operational panel, power control and trailing cables complete. Note :- The rate quoted shall be Including the rate for comperhensive maintenance period for two years after completion of the work.

Notes:- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacment of minor consumables like topping of gear oils/ grease/ door rollers/ relays/ door belts/ gate lock contacts and any hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included. (ii) Preventive maintaince consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication chart. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical and control circuits and mechanical components of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintaince registeres shall be maintained and signed by site Engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for whose repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. (vi) One qualified diploma Engineer shall be employed whenever required along with one helper having sound knowledge and well experience in maintenance of lift. All the staff employed for maintenance will be reported to AGE E/M office dailly and will give day to day progress duly entered in the registers. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspects and for consumebles such as timely topping up/ replacement of gear oils, acrylic covers, fuses, copper cables, hardware like bolts, nuts, emery papers, grease, waste cotton, stationary and other miscellaneous items etc.,

M & L for New earthing complete with using copper plate 60x60cm x3 mm thick electrode and as earthling lead buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : copper strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply & fixing for Copper strip 20x3 mm with PVC pipe on wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes PN 10 of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for Distribution Board, VTPN 4 way DB with Degree of Protection IP 42 , Detachable Gland Plate, Box Insertion Marks •,Circuit Identification Label •,Neutral Link ,Earth Link , Tin Plated Copper Bus Bar including complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type,100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TP 25 To 63 AM415V 10KA 'C curve miniature circuit breaker of following poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A'[ B/R WORKS] PHASE-I

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Aluminium powder coated frame windows and partetions not less than 2.00kg/RM and including aluminium sliding door track channel, including all shutters not less than 1.50 kg/RM including joining cleat for fixing EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary rollers, angles, and filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron.

Supply and fix for Powder Coated aluminium grill (Dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved Powder Coated aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron.

Supply and fix for 5 mm thick sheet glass figured glass, pin head ,obscured or frosted, on one side type and aluminium glazing beads in square not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 6 mm thick Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to timber frame workaluminium composit sheet one side coloured other side white type and aluminium glazing beads in square complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 125 mm size, Butt hinges, heavy weight, SS, and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for 150 mm sizealuminium, anodised handle fabricated type, anodised fixed for door shutters complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed for 200 mm length complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed of length of bolt 300mm complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 16 mm thick machine cut,Granite stone slab (of any type)(table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs, pillars, windows, cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and making mould on edges & including cutting for the shape for SS Sink and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per above item No.25 but 15mm thick on skirting/wall claddings etc and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Steel work in tubular/hallow sections of trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensil strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaes in CM (1:6) and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling on soffits and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surfaces by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2 coat of birla wall care putty using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing surfaces including washing / rubbing down with water of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of oil bound distemper/emulsion over coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting over 2 coat of birla wall care putty using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings as reqd etc complete all as specified and directed . Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Material and Labour for Preparation new plastered surfaces plastered and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation Old decorated surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old wooden painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of building materials/debris from 1.5mtr to a distance of out side of chennai region and capacity of each load 6 cum per truck etc complete all as specified and directed.

PHASE-II (FIRST YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 8 passenger lifts to serve G+4 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No. 03 of BOQ during 1st year after expiry of defects liability period all as specified and directed

PHASE-III (SECOND YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 8 passenger lifts to serve G+4 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No. 03 of BOQ during 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period and After completion of first year Comprehensive Maintenance.all as specified and directed

PHASE-IV (THIRD YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 8 passenger lifts to serve G+4 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No. 03 of BOQ during 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period and After completion of second year Comprehensive Maintenance all as specified and directed

Note for SL No: 39 to 41.01:- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engr -in-Charge.

NOTE Conte... (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspect and for consumables such as timely toping up oils, acrylic covers, fuses, grease, waste cotton, stationery and other miscellaneous items and all minor & major spare parts. (viii) One qualified diploma Engineer shall be employed whwnever required along with one helper having sound knowledge and well experience in maintenance of lift. All the staff employed for maintenance will be reported to AGE E/M office dailly and will give day to day progress duly entered in the registers. (ix) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of main contract as per Work Order No 1. (x) The quoted rate deemed to included yearly testing of lifts from authorised lift inspector

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.28 - Rs.3845.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
