Brick work using bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 Cement : 5 Coarse river sand) for foundation and basement all as per the details shown in the drawings and as specified in the relevant schedules and as directed, including, curing, all labour, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing formwork using plywood or steel sheets in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc including necessary centering for alignment and levels in structures including strutting, shoring, bracing, propping, staging etc, keeping the same in position during the concreting and removal of the same after a specified period etc complete as per drawing and specifications and /or as directed at site including the cost of all materials, shuttering oil, labours, transportations & proper stacking at site, tools, equipment, lead, lift, etc complete. Note: (a) The shutter should be cleaned before each use if re-useable shutter are used. (b) The shutter to be used should give good surface finish. (c) Distorted shutters will be made good at once before put to use to the satisfaction of EPL. (d) The rate includes coating formwork with approved quality of non-staining mineral oil.

Supplying, transporting and fabricating HYSD bars and/or M.S. Plain bars and placing in position as reinforcement for all RCC members, as shown in the drawing including all handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed binding wire including all materials and labour, lifting, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

Providing powder coated corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. For 0.50 mm thick zinc coating not less than 120 gm /sq m. etc complete.

Supply and fixing of self drilling screws of suitable size for fixing corrugated galvanised sheet including the cost of materials, labour, tools, equipments and transportation to site etc., complete

Providing structural steel work using MS Cold finished RHS/SHS as per IS806 using hollow sections IS 4923/1997 , rivited , bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying two coats of approved paint over a approved steel priming coat including the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, materials, labour, tools, equipments and transportation to site etc., complete

Providing and fixing MS Baseplate &gusset plate 20mm thick where ever necessory as per drawing including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying two coats of approved paint over a approved steel priming coat including the cost of materials, labour, tools, equipments and transportation to site etc., complete

Preparing the surfaces of walls and providing plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine river sand) 12 mm thick all as per the details shown in the drawings ,as specified in the relevant schedules and as directed to the required finish including forming grooves with thread as required, curing etc., including all labour, scaffolding, tools, materials, equipments, etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth including conveyance of soil within a lead of 50m incljuding cost of labour, transportation, loading and unloading, levelling, etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing the newly plastered Exterior wall surfaces and Painting with two coats of exterior emulsion paints over one coat of primer of approved colour to give an even shade all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, equipments, brushes, etc. complete.

Providing PVC Rain water pipe 110 mm dia of pressure 6kg/sqcm as per the directions of Engineer - in Charge

Supply and fixing MS grill for doors and windows using tubes, round bars, angles, etc.. Complete

Providing 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of primer for doors, windos, etc of appoved colour as per the directions of Engineer -in-charge

Provinding and fixing of polyproplene rungs (heavy duty - 1st quality) for sump as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

Supply of ready made FRP Cover slab with bracket ready available in the open market for closing the sump as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

Supply of U PVC pipe 25mm dia of pressure 8kg/sqcm as per the directions of Engineer - in Charge

Providing Granular sub base material 150 mm tk as per the technical specifications including required compaction, satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing WMM material 100 mm tk as per the technical specifications including required compaction, satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing paver blocks of 60mm thick to a correct alignment amd gradient in approved pattern and as directed at site over sand filling of 3 cm tk as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
