The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar civil engineering works, with specific scoring as follows: - 100 marks for more than 8 years of experience - 80 marks for 5-8 years of experience - 60 marks for 2-5 years of experience - 40 marks for 1-2 years of experience Firms with less than 1 year of experience are not eligible. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following criteria: - 100 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 80% of the advertised value, 2 projects > 50% of the advertised value, or 3 or more projects > 40% of the advertised value - 50 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 50% of the advertised value, or 2 projects > 40% of the advertised value - 20 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for 1 project > 40% of the advertised value The bidder should have completed at least one similar single work, for a minimum value of 35% of the advertised value of the work, in the last three financial years. In terms of financial eligibility, the tenderer must have received contractual payments in the previous three financial years and the current financial year, at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender. For example, if the advertised value of the tender is 7172082.00, the tenderer should have received at least 150% of 7172082.00, which is 10753123.00, and if the advertised value of the tender is 29007588.00, the tenderer should have received at least 150% of 29007588.00, which is 43511382.00. The bidder should submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past. The overall cost, including PVC amount (if paid), of completed or substantially completed similar works shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. In case of newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. For example, a partner with a 30% share in the previous entity and a 20% share in the present partnership firm will have their credentials considered to the extent of 0.3*0.2*value of the work done in the previous entity. The value of similar works completed should be at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender, and the percentage of similar works completed is considered based on the share of the partner in the previous entity and the present partnership firm.
