Providing and fixing in position 100mm dia white glazed vitreous China 'P' or 'S' trap with or without vent holes for urinals and other required location including embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:4 using crushed stone sand, including necessary packing with spunyarn & cement mortar using crushed stone sand for jointing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor/wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand), including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in all respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth, broken materials, debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt bricks including scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. - First floor

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors. - for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and fixing glazing 5mm thick tinted colour Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, ‘Impermo’ or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying weather proofing over roof slab with brick bat coba (surki) made in the proportion of 1 : 2.5 (one part of slaked lime and two and half parts of 20mm size broken brick jelly) over roof slab including forming proper slopes for drainage, consolidating, curing etc. complete at all elevations as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 Lever Brass Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for flush door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite/ Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and refixing the door & window shutters/ frames, false ceiling, glass partition, shifting of all damaged materials including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles including replacing worn-out screws with new once all complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary screws and hardware item will be supplied by the Department at free of cost) . Note : Teakwood quantity paid separately under relevant item.

Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in layers, each layer not exceeding 10mm thick, including trowelling with wooden tools etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge (cost of polymer shall be paid separately) For payment purposes, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) - Cement Sand mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1-cement : 3-graded coarse sand) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engineer-in-charge. (75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28-day to be not less than 20 N/sqmm)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of 28mm thick non decorative type factory made Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door shutters confirmed ti IS:2380 latest having density of minimum 650 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1500 N at face and 1000 N at edge, water absorption less than 1%, Class A fire resistance and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including fixing required hardware fittings, fixing door using required screws, including providing recessions for hinges, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised of make aluminium D handle Classic/Crown or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 150mm long stainless steel baby latch type/cranked type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Supplying and fixing in position 75mmx50mm size Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door frame confirmed ti IS:2380 latest having density of minimum 850 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2000 N at face and 1600 N at edge, water absorption less than 1%, Class A fire resistance and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including fixing required hardware fittings, required screws, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and making temporary connection to the soil pipe outlet using 110mm/90mm O/D flexible hoses and connecting to the near by shown sewer chamber including the cost of connection, clamps, hoses, manpower etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and refixing the GRC jally upto 16metre height including removing the fixed jally carefully and shifting down by suitable means without damaging the jally and refixing it to the original position by lifting the jally to the height by suitable means after completion of repairing work all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(scaffolding will be paid under relevant item). Note 1) Contractor should get prior approval for the lifting arrangements of the jally from Engineer-in-Charge. 2) Contractor should rectify the damages/replace, if any accoutred to the jally at his own cost.

Providing and applying painting One coat on at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
