The required prior work experience for the bidder is to be provided in Form 6, which includes details of projects executed in India, such as the name of the project/unit, name of the client/authority, scope of work, sector where the project is located, period of management/operation, and FSSAI number of the project/unit. The bidder should have experience in operation and management of "Similar works" which includes owned business, awarded contracts, franchisee operation, partnership business, or management on lease of running or completed operational catering outlets. The bidder should have managed or operated at least 01 (One) operational catering outlet. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have similar project experience during any of the last five years reckoning from the Bid Due Date. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average Minimum Annual turnover of Rs. 75 Lakh from Catering business in any of the last 03 (Three) completed financial years out of the last 05 (Five) Financial years.
