The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing similar nature of work as a main contractor or sub-contractor within the last 07 years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of: - 03 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 95.60 Lacs - OR 02 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 127.40 Lacs - OR 01 similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 159.30 Lacs The value of completed works is inclusive of GST. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned in relation to the bidder's overall experience. However, penalties for breach of safety during execution include a percentage of the contract value, such as 0.5% of the contract value (max. of Rs. 2 lacs) per injury and 1% of the contract value (max. of Rs. 10 lacs) per fatality. In case of a Joint Venture, the work value shall be worked out as per the percentage share of the bidder in the JV agreement. The bidder's experience shall be counted for the particular portion of the job executed by them only, as specified in the JV agreement.
