Service Items

Installation, wiring, configuration, testing and commissioning of one new IO rack/ drop consisting of 01 no Versamax Profinet Scanner module (IC200PNS001), 02 nos Power supply modules (IC200PWR102), 06 nos Compact I/O carrier modules (IC200CHS022), 04 nos Digital Input modules (IC200MDL640), 02 nos Digital Output modules (IC200MDL740) in the panel of existing Rx3i & Versamax PLC system at SRPL Asanur, including integration of this new IO rack in the Profinet I/O network of the existing PLC system, installation of fused Terminal Blocks for Digital Input & Digital Output modules and Relay boards for Digital Output modules installed, carrying out necessary wiring from the respective modules to the installed Terminal Blocks, Relay boards etc, carrying out necessary Profinet connections, earthing, power connection & powering up the modules, hardware configuration of the added modules in the redundant PLC CPUs and testing & commissioning of the modules. This includes manpower, tools & tackles, ferruling & lugging of wires, consumables, transportation, boarding & lodging, services rendered etc to complete the work in all respects as per Specifications/ drawings, Scope of work & directions of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Supervision of the cold loop checking & termination of control & signal cables from VFD PLC/ VFDs in the Terminal blocks of DI/ DO/ AI/ AO modules of Emerson RX3i and Versamax PLC; Carrying out Hot loop checking of these signals, Interfacing & testing of these I/O signals with VFD PLC / VFDs, Termination of Ethernet & Serial cables and Interfacing & testing of the Modbus TCP & Modbus Serial signals from VFD PLC with the Emerson RX3i PLC , making all jobs complete as per drawings / specifications, scope of work and directions of EIC/ Site Engineer. All works to be carried out in co-ordination with VFD PLC/ VFD vendor & other agencies. This includes cost of all manpower, tools, services rendered, transportation, boarding & lodging etc.

Modification and creation of Control System HMI graphics and PLC logics & configuration including design & development of new as well as modification of existing HMI screens, database, tags, PLC logic & configuration and all related jobs for implementing the operation of three existing Mainline Pumping Units (MLPUs) through three Variable Frequency Drives (with VFD interchangeability), using the I/O signals from new VFD PLC/ VFDs, existing MLPUs/ MOVs etc for logic interlocks and incorporation of data from these facilities for monitoring & control ,in the control system. Work includes Design & FDS preparation, Modification & Development of HMI graphics and uploading of the same in the existing servers/ workstations, engineering cum programming terminal etc, Site Acceptance Testing & Commissioning etc as per the scope of the work and specifications to complete the job in all respects for incorporation of upcoming facilities in the existing system as per the specifications, drawings and directions of the EIC/ Site Engineer and submission of "As built" documentation. The work also includes providing data to the SCADA vendor and assisting the SCADA vendor for incorporation of the changes in SCADA.
