The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 1 No, B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil engineering with at least ten years Experience in executing similar works. 2. Site Engineers: - 2 Nos., B.E., Degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years experience. - 2 Nos., B.E., Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least three years experience. 3. Diploma holders: - 2 Nos., Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least three years experience. - 1 No., Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least three years experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one "Building" work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.383.64 Lakh (50% of proposed contract value) under a single agreement, or at least two building works of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.191.82 Lakh (25% of proposed contract value) in two agreements. The annual turnover of the applicant should be not less than Rs.767.28 Lakh. The value of single similar nature of works executed shall be brought at current price level with a cumulative weightage at a rate of 10% per annum. The required prior work experience for the bidder is the completion of major building works and other civil works during the past 5 years. The bidder should have a solvency of at least Rs. 75.00 lakhs on immovable properties and should have been registered as a Class II contractor with a monetary limit of Rs. 5.00 crores to Rs. 10.00 crores. The bidder should also have completed works with a total contract amount received in the past 5 years.
