The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum experience of major building work, with details of previous work done to be furnished for assessment. Specifically, the bidder should have completed work of a certain value, with options including above Rs.100.00 lakhs and up to Rs.500.00 lakhs. The required personnel qualifications and experience include: 1. Two B.E., (Civil) or Equivalent Degree in Civil with 5 years experience, plus three Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience. 2. Two B.E., (Civil) or Equivalent Degree in Civil with 5 years experience, plus three retired Assistant Engineer/Junior Engineers in PWD. 3. Two retired Assistant Executive Engineer in PWD plus Three Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience. 4. Two retired Assistant Executive Engineer in PWD plus three retired Assistant Engineer/Junior Engineers in PWD. The percentage of work completed is broken down as follows: - 20% of the work to be completed in the first 2 months - 20% of the work to be completed in the next 2 months - 20% of the work to be completed in the next 2 months - 20% of the work to be completed in the next 2 months - 20% of the work to be completed in the last 1 month The amount and percentage of payment are also mentioned, with 95% of the value of work being paid as an intermediate payment, and the balance of 5% being withheld and retained as security for the due fulfillment of the contract. A penalty of Rs.2000/- per month for Diploma holders and Rs.5000/- per month for degree holders will be levied in case of default. The Work Experience certificate should be for 50% of the work value. The bidder is required to quote a lump sum for the whole work, with the rate for each item in the schedule to be in Rupees and in sum of five paise. The total contract duration is 9 months. The final payment will be made after completion of the entire work, with 2 1/2 percent of the total value of the work done being retained.
