The bidder is required to provide information on their prior work experience, specifically in the fields of civil engineering construction, including highways and airfields. They should have experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control in compaction of soils. They should also have experience in mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of bridge works, including those with open foundations. The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.94.80Lakhs. They should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs.94.80Lakhs. The experience in similar nature of work should include the following minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years: - GSB: 139 Cum - WMM: 167 Cum - BM / DBM: 213 Cum - BC: 371 Cum The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in their own country or other countries, with a certain number of years of experience in the business of similar work under their present name. They should also have experience in using specific equipment and technology, such as heavy earthmoving equipment, and a certain level of expertise in quality control and compaction of soils. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.237.00Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate that they have access to or have available liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is not less than Rs.23.70Lakhs.
