The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works, or a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with five years experience in similar works. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.113.32Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs.113.32Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of certain minimum quantities of works in any one year during the last five years, such as: - GSB: 300 Cum - WMM: 508 Cum - BM / DBM: 215 Cum - BC: 351 Cum - CC / VCC: 25 Cum The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.283.30Lakhs. The bidder should have completed works worth at least 40% of the proposed contract value in one year, which is Rs.113.32Lakhs, and this experience should be as a prime contractor in Highway Road and/or Bridge works or Airport Contract.
