The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having suitably qualified personnel to fill the positions as specified. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, including Highway Road and/or Bridge works/Airport contract. The required experience includes: * Average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.94.00 lakhs, over the last five years. * Successfully completing at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs.94.00 lakhs. * Completing minimum quantities of works in any one year during the last five years, including: + GSB: 84.20 Cum + WMM: 98.20 Cum + PCC/VCC: 9.16 Cum + VRCC: 199.57 Cum + STEEL: 26.00 MT + PILE: 115.12 Rm The bidder should also have a bid capacity to execute the work of greater than Rs.235.00 lakhs. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - For works up to Rs.2.00 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree Holder (or) one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. - For works above Rs.2.00 Crore up to Rs.10.00 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. - For works above Rs.10.00 Crore up to Rs.50.00 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. - For works above Rs.50.00 Crore up to Rs.100.00 Crore, the bidder should have two B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. - For works above Rs.100.00 Crore up to Rs.200.00 Crore, the bidder should have three B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and six Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. - For works above Rs.200.00 Crore, the bidder should have four B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and eight Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years' experience in similar works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
